アニメと漫画が好きですが、詠むと見るの時間が少ないんですね。そして、お金も・・・。
I like anime and manga, but I don't have much time to read or watch it. Or the money, either...
最近のアニメがあまり見えません。でも、Death NoteとLucky Starちょっと見ました。
I haven't seen much recent anime. But I have seen a little bit of Death Note and Lucky Star.
多分、一番好きなアニメはカードキャプたーさくらかな。うんん、でも、天使禁猟区も大好き・・・。そして、Fruits Basket・・・。あずまんが大王・・・。決められません！！ sweatdrop
Probably, my favorite anime is Cardcaptor Sakura. But then, I also love Angel Sancutary... And Fruits Basket... Azumanga Daioh... I can't decide!! sweatdrop

私もアニメと漫画が好きです。
桜蘭高校ホスト部とフルーツバスケットが大好き。
今、日本でホームステイをします。お母さんは英語の先生です。お母さんの学生のお母さんは、桜蘭高校ホスト部の漫画、１から１４までくれました！ eek
来週、エバンゲリオンの映画を見に行くと思います。
I also like anime and manga.
I love Ouran High School Host Club and Fruits Basket.
Right now, I'm doing a homestay in Japan. My host mother is an English teacher. My mother's student's mother gave me Ouran High School Host Club manga volumes 1-14 as a present!
Next week, I think I'm going to see the Evangelion movie.

俺いっぱい見るぜ～ 今見てるアニメは新しいのばっかりなんだ。 化物語とか、 バスカッシュ！とか。大学のアニメ部の部員だから、そういうものには委しいんだ。 I watch a lot. The anime I'm watching right now are all new ones -- Bakemonogatari and Basquash!, for example. I'm in a uni anime club, so I'm pretty well informed about these sorts of things.

I have over two hundred manga. My favorite series are Fruits Basket, Samurai Deeper Kyou, Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist, Aishiteruze Baby, and various others. My favorite anime are Death Note and Inuyasha.

In this case, we're talking about books, so the counter is 冊（さつ）. So, your sentence would change to 私は二百冊漫画があります。（わたしはにひゃくさつまんががあります。） Next, in your listing of the manga you like, it's not an exhaustive list, so you might want to consider just using や to connect the things in the list. That way you don't even have to say といろいろシリーズ because it's implied by や. Ex: 私の一番好きなまんがはフルーツバスケットやSamurai Deeper KyouやデスノートやFullmetal Alchemistや愛してるぜベイビーです。 Make sense? sweatdrop

I'm not watching the Fullmetal Alchemist anime... I need to go out and buy more anime and such..... One suggestion. If you don't already know, there're two levels of speech in Japan, formal (sometimes called the desu/masu form) and informal. Usually, you wouldn't use informal (ending the sentence with だ instead of です、using the dictionary form instead of conjugating) until you know a person well. I, being American, can see why you did, since English is an informal language as a whole, but if I were Japanese, your style of speaking would have been rude. So, in the future, you might want to stick with writing desu/masu, and make it a habit, or you may slip up with someone who'll take offense. I'm really sorry if that came off as rude, I didn't mean it to.

I've been studying at the tertiary level for 3 and a half years. My polite speech and keigo are just fine, thanks. I'm Australian. It's all casual, all the time, baby. dramallama

I just think it's a bad habit to get into, and I know the few Japanese people I've spoken to would have been offended had I just jumped in with colloquial speech, so I kinda take it seriously. Also, I didn't know what level you've studied at, so I apologize again.

En ingles, cuando el sujeto es plural, el verbo es singular, y cuando el sujeto es singular, el verbo es plural. "People like (people who like)", "He likes", "She likes", "they like", "we like", etcetera. He, she, I, y you estan singular, they y we estan plural. 見るの本はしゃしんの本ですか？しゃしんの本は英語で "picture books"です。 By "to see" books, do you mean "picture books"? Instead of saying "As children's books" try "like childrens books". 英語で、"like" は好きと｢〜に似ている」。 In English, like can mean "like" or "as" 分かりますか？ Do you understand?
