Despite the sexy title, we have a storyline.

Years after the inevitable death of the origination know as 'peacekeepers' a powerfull magician assumed control of the modern world. Magic and wizardry were arts lost in time, but after the death of the president, the pentagon released the Arcane Ban, the spell which prevented magic from being used, which plunged the world into modernizing and technological pursuit. With the Ban being raised, The people of earth found that they no longer needed technology.
About 10 years later, the people had mastered the gift, and humanity once again could use the elements of earth to better their lives. Some used their magic to help earth, they are called Druids. Others used their magic for evil, to help themselves alone, they are called dark Mages. The people who do not use their magic for either purpose are called Arcanes. The magics all very between uses, but some can use their magic to become stronger, while others can become as light as a feather in the blink of an eye. Some humans have mastered immortality, an art that makes a person stop aging.
The big impact of the Arcane Ban being lifted is it aloud Elves, dwarves and monsters to no longer hide. Midgets could now mine metals lost in time, Sharpshooters found themselves more agile, and bad people found they had become beast. The Fantasy world had been resurrected, and the government began to fade away. The Peacemakers became the new government, Wearing magic resistant Armour and powerful weapons made of Orichalum, Those who did not conform were forced into exile. This eventually created a war.
The war came to an end when the leaders of the People stepped up and signed a treaty. As an agreement, Each race was given a Royal city. Others could enter, but the race ruled over that city. Everywhere else was a neutral zone, where the peacemakers could not enforce.
This was the modern world. Planet earth. The World of Lulz

The Royal City, Kroy Wen.
The dazzling Royal city. This is where the races signed the treaty. All races are welcome here, The city's streets are lined with vendors and stores. This is the trading central, home to the stock market and the racial leaders. Their home is the massive castle-like building in the center. The specialty here is pizza, you won't find a better slice anywhere else, you just know how to look. If you interested in shopping, Wall Mart has everything from backs of chips, to dual headed battle axes.
If your tired, they got the Royal motel, run by an old elvish couple. And when I say old, I mean old, they have wrinkles which is rare for elves. But yea, Its a great place to sleep, If your an elf then they let you sleep there for free! The prices are low though so it isn't really a big thing.
The Neko run a nice little restaurant in the Time Square, right next to the building with the giant gothic clock. They have really good food, and surprising, you never find fur in your food.
The city gates are guarded by Peacekeepers, The captain lives in the castle though. He's hard to miss, because he's a Unituar. (Centuar with a horn)
The fish market by the docks is run by the mer-people. They catch a rare fish that the Neko buy, and I can see why, Best fish I ever tasted. They have lobster too.
And if your looking for weapons, Zant has the best. He's a hairless gnome who runs the silver sheen. Hes a world famous blacksmith, people from all around the world come to buy his weapons. Just don't make fun of him for his father being a dwarf and his mother an elf.

Kira walked through the fish market she needed something for dinner and lunch she kept her hands on pistols on both sides of her legs and a sniper rifle on her back. she saw a man selling tuna going for the stall she noticed she ran out of cash.

(Holy s**t Kuro you are role play creating god!!!). Leothas, technically a monster from the abyssal dimension was granted a human form to walk the streets of the world peacefully. He is an Abyssal overlord (in runescape terms level 925), he can shift into any form of abyssal monster he wants depending on the unfortunate challenger... He walked the streets of The Abyssal Royal City where he mainly lived, but he has many other houses in many other cities. Leothas was walking on the street keeping an eye out on the abyssal lurkers, demons, and lords wandering around aimlessly. This is his human form, obviously with weapons...

Leothas went behind a building to a dark alley where there was a figure in red and black robes standing alone. "Hello" the figure greeted. "Hi" Leothas replied. "You know why you're here I'd guess correct?" the figure smirked. "Yes, Kingchi I know" all of a sudden an earthquake errupted, "You know every time someone says my name an earthquake starts!" Kingchi said. "So" Leothas replied. He walked over and Kingchi handed him a red package and Leothas walked off.

Lilium walked around the 'city' with her brown hoodie on and the hood up. Her eyes being covered by the shadow of the hood, walking around with her hands shoved into the pockets. As she walked down paced the Neko food place, she stuck her tounge out at it and continued her walk, gazing at the faces of the strangers walked by her.

Kira walked up to her motorcycle and neary flipped out because of the earth queak it fell over "i just thought of a funny randome word Kingchi" she said quietly to herself she picked up her bike starting it she drove off.

When Leothas walked off he saw a gang of Abyssal demons, he walked by noticing they were slowly following him. He turned around, "What do you want?" "We wanna know what's in that red package," they all said in Abyssalian language Leothas could understand. "What if I say no?" "Then you'll have to pay the price!" the demons charged at Leothas, he jumped above them falling right back down with the claws on his hands stretched out facing right at one of the demons face, it lunged into its shoulders and Leothas picked it up by its shoulders with his claws and slammed it down. The other Abyssal demons grabbed him (3), and were about to bite him when he changed into one of them. He ran in circles intensly fast around them until they were dizzy. He took one of them and replaced himself by it, when they were no longer dizzy they thaught Leothas was the one he took out of the circle. "Get him!" the leader demon commanded and all three attacked the actual Abyssal demon, after this Leothas sneaked off. "Stupid demons."

kira looked down the allyway and saw an abyssal demon sneaking away from a group of them she pressed on the break to fast and she flew past her handalbars hitting the ground.

Leothas saw the girl wreck on her bike, he changed to his human form and walked over to help her up. "Are you alright?" Leothas hid the red package from sight. (If you people were wondering this is what an abyssal demon looks like)...
