How did I come by my Kinness:I've known since I was Seven. I used to tell friends and distant family members about being "wolf inside" Until I was about 10. Then I started to be more secret about it and keep it hidden. For awhile I thought I was insane because schizophrenia runs in my family. I only told people I trusted the utmost on the internet about it. I had never really had a desire to find others like me or define what I was until recently. I just figured it was part of me and there was no need for definitions. Then my friend was looking up information on herself and I thought to myself, "Why not?" So I asked her to look it up for me. That's when she sent me the term Therian and I embraced what and who I was and sought out others like myself.

Species: Western/Arctic Dragon, there isn't really a category I can fit it into.
Hobbies: Hmm...well, drawing, and reading things about dragons. xP Horseback riding is fun, and I like to get on the 'net and search about Therians and such.
Discovery: I had always liked Dragons as a child, especially westerns. I had frequent dreams of flying (with dragon wings, not just superman-style) and shapeshifting, all of which were wonderful to me. Anyways, I discovered I was a therian a couple of weeks ago while I was cruising around on Gaia. The term fit me perfectly, though it took me a while to confirm my species (I had my fortune read positively for dragon, but I don't base the entirety of my beliefs off of that).

Info: How did I know I am who I am? It all started in adolescence, I started to see a dragon around. Many times I would feel as if I had wings and hear a low growl, upon opening my eyes I'd see very large glowing red draconic eyes staring at me then hear "awake!". Dragon occurrences became more frequent as the years progressed. Once I got into trancework I noticed that when I would go into meditation I would always be a black dragon and any attempts to focus on family would result in dragons like me. After meeting my mate (a moon dragon), I realized I was not alone in feeling like a dragon trapped in this form. This all lead to my current religious path with dragons. ^-^
Hobbies: Pagan Studies, divination, meditation, trancework, nature, cars, speed, midnight canyon runs to the beach, some gaming, anything in the Arts (yes anything).

Hobbies: Origami, Asian studies, languages, reading, animals, some video games... art, stuff like that.
About Me: My theriotype is a long tailed weasel, sometimes called a white weasel, and I am thinking there is a little bit of arctic fox in there as well. I've always known I was different but I never really known why. A few years ago I stumbled upon the therian community and through a lot of soul searching I discovered that I was a therian.
What I'd like to see: I would love to see an actice community here where we can safely discuss therianthropy and all things that go with it. I'd love to see some artwork, writings, and even friendly debates.

Therian type: I'm not a therian. At least, I am not done soul-searching yet. I have a while to go before I can answer this question with full confidence.
Don't worry, I'm open minded. (I can say this in all modesty becuase nothing really fazes me. Well, except when it comes to harming another living soul. You do that for fun or because you are bored, then you are a dead man. lawl) I am very interested in learning new things, culture mostly. I am an aspiring artist and writer. I love to read books, play with my cats and dog and hang with my family and friends. I am also agnostic. and, again, I will not bite your head off if you believe something different than I do. Religion, politics, anything. Promise.
Sorry. I can be a bit wordy when the mood hits me.

Theriotype: I'm a black, winged Siberian wolf. Yes, yes, I know the winged part is odd. I have had phantom wings almost as long as my wolf side, but originally they were completely separate from one another, if I had a wolf phantom shift the wings could not appear and vice versa.
However, as I became more comfortable with both sides I had one massive phantom shift in an Algebra II class a few years back that made me realize they had somehow fused into one form. I pretty adamantly do NOT consider myself a polywere/ pantherian; though I feel wings and have an urge for high places and flight my mindset is 100% wolf, there is not any sign of true avian and so I do not group myself as one even in fraction. My theriotype also has silver eyes, for some reason I've never been able to find. :3
Discovery: I have always thought of myself as 'part animal' even when I was very young, however, at the time I believed that animal side to be white tiger. It was when I was traveling Europe and I read David Clement-Davies book The Sight that woke me to my real 'other side' which I had almost completely smothered in an attempt of normality. (Me? Normal? Pssssh!! XD What was I thinking?!) I don't remember exactly when the phantom wings began to appear, but it wasn't too long after. Its only within the past couple of months that I narrowed down my species to a Siberian wolf.
About me: I'm a lover of Asian culture, and through it, of course, anime. I'm going to college this coming year and probably getting a degree in Anthropology; which seems appropriate for my love of other cultures, as well as a double minor in Asian Studies and Japanese. I'm going to be learning Korean from one of my best friends since my school does not offer it. Silly people. X3
I love art and writing, until last week I worked at a video game store, so of course I love those too. I specialize in RPGs, therefore I am a Sony fan, so SCREW YOU MICROSOFT! D=< (Ahem.) I like shooters, but only in multiplayer; 'cause its fun to slaughter your friends. =D You can't spell 'slaughter' with out 'laughter'! >=D And on that note, I'm also slightly demented. :3 So... I'll get off my soap box now.

Info: I've known about my connection for all of my life, but learned the term Therianthropy about two years ago. My connection stems from a Native American/spiritual thing, and was first acknowledged and pointed out by a very cool Cherokee medicine man by the name of John Sixkiller (we miss you!). Most of you know me from my guild, United Therian Alliance.
Hobbies: Well I'm about to get my Bachelor's in criminal justice, and that keeps me pretty busy. Once I graduate I plan on becoming a patrol officer, so you can imagine just what my hobbies entail whee

Species: I have a hard time. I feel so intuned with two seperate species. On the one hand I feel intuned with the black wolf and on the other hand the black western dragon. I can't myself make the destintion as to which is a more powerful link.
