Well I made this team for my friend since he's new to Wi-Fi battling and stuff. I just wanted to know if I should even bother making this team for him. He said he wanted to have Electivire and Gyarados. So here it is.~
ALSO: I might have made a few mistakes in natures and such. I wasn't paying attention at all times. xd
Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Moves:
Taunt / Stealth Rock
Earthquake / Stone Edge
Just a lead Aero. It sets up SR for the rest of team so that the team doesn't have to worry about Sashes and the opponent annoyingly surviving with low amounts of HP.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
EVs: 136 HP / 156 Def / 216 Spd
Moves:
Rapid Spin / Surf
Thunderbolt / Recover
This is the rapid spinner of the team. It gets rid of entry hazards.

Porygon2 @ Leftovers
Ability: Trace
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 SpA
Moves:
Thunderbolt / Ice Beam
Recover / Thunder Wave
One of the best counters to certain OU pokemon such Gyarados, Salamence and Heatran. I'm pretty sure it's obvious how this set works. :p And it is also here because Gyarados can't normally take out another Gyarados that comes in and uses Intimidate. Plus Electivire doesn't like taking a hit from a possible Earthquake.

Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spd
Moves:
Hypnosis / Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt / Focus Blast
This is just a special sweeper. I added it just because the team was lacking something that could hit through physical walls.

Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Moves:
Dragon Dance / Waterfall
Ice Fang / Earthquake
Just a DD sweeper.

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Moves:
Thunderpunch / Ice Punch
Cross Chop / Earthquake
This is the pokemon that takes the electric hits aimed at Starmie and Gyarados. People usually don't hold back their electric attacks against Gyarados which makes it easier for Electivire to come in and get the speed boost for a possible sweep.

about starmie....if this starmie doesn't exist yet,you may want to try to get a timid one...jolly will just screw starmie up in the Sp.Att department...
at first i was going to suggest a porygon-z that had download,but if it gets an attack raise instead,that would be useless;its all right

a dragon dance with 252 speed EVs(also depending on the IVs)can near guarantee that Gyarados is close to/is going to move first next turn.you might want to make it adamant because 1)it won't naturally decrease any important stat to gyarados and 2)it will help the two attacks that it can't get STAB
electivire seems fine...

@sasukeult2: sorry about Starmie. I was kinda looking at Aero at the same time so I guess Jolly was just the nature on my mind. xd And I haven't made any of them yet. I'd rather know if they would be good before I breed them.
That's kinda why I didn't use Download too. razz Plus, I can use plenty of pokemon's abilities against them.
I suppose I'll go for the Adamant then. cool
