The storyline of this rp...

It has been 5 years since Yuki had nearly committed suicide in New York and that Shuichi had convinced Yuki that the writer was worth it. It was Christmas Eve.

Shuichi was out at a concert at the Tokyo Clubhouse, which has become the world's best spot to see Bad Luck and Nittle Grasper in Concert.

Yuki, on the other hand had been smoking a cigarette and had been pacing his home thinking about the past, as usual. He had a deadline to meet for his latest novel, but Yuki really didn't feel like writing anymore. Not if it meant sacrificing yet another Christmas holiday that could be better spent with Shuichi.

The cold hearted writer had to admit that he shared the feelings that Shuichi had for him and so, it was decided. Yuki first doused the cigarette he was smoking, then threw all of the other cigarette containers out. That was it, he was done with smoking!

But, wait, that isn't all Yuki did. He phoned his publisher demanding that he quit writing for them so that he could spend some time with Shuichi. The publishing company felt so angered that they declared Yuki fired and then hung up on him.

Yuki smiled because he did the right thing for once. He decided to go down to the mall and do some last minute Christmas shopping to surprise Shuichi with. He had written a note to his lover about where he was going (shopping), and if it wouldn't be too much trouble if Shuichi could set up the decorations.

When Shuichi got home and read the note, he knew that something was up, but the thing was... what?

Please roleplay along as either a person from Gravitation or as your own made up character.

If you are going to be a made up character, then you should at least have some "connection" to the Gravitation cast or to me.

The roleplay begins with what Shuichi did while Yuki was out shopping.

Of course you can and you start too! Yay!

Yuki was buying Christmas gifts looking forawrd to seeing his house all decorated and with the scent of Spicy Marmalade wafting. Aww... it was a scent that seemed to make Yuki drool a bit just thinking about it.

The store clerk asked, "Are you all right, sir?"

Yuki snapped back to reality and said, "Oh? Yes. Sorry, holiday cheer getting to me."

Then Yuki paid for the shopping items and put them in the trunk of his car, and then he went to the forest and took out his axe that he just bought. "Now to get me a decent sized tree. If I know Shuichi as well as I think I do, he would want it to be big enough so he can dance around it all hyper like."

The thought made Yuki laugh a bit. How long has it been that he couldn't have done this? How long had he been at that idiotic Publishing firm that was causing him so much suffering?

With the frustrated rage of why he hadn't done this sooner, got the perfect tree chopped down nicely. He then planted a sapling in the chopped tree's place.

He then tied the tree to the roof of his car and lastly headed to the jewlery store. He picked out the perfect diamond ring for Shuichi. He was going to propose to Shuichi since he had been meaning to before and it was again due to that mean company that he was in that had prevented him from proposing to his hyper little idiot.

He had to admit, waking up to that every morning for the past 5 years had gotten him alert in a hurry. He had gotten used to it.

When the ring was purchased, Yuki headed for home. But then, Yuki thought about making a quick stop at Seguchi's to ask him to come over for a Christmas Party.

When Tohma was invited, Mika was more than surprised, she was floored! She even had to feel her younger brother's head to see if he had a fever. Nope, no fever.

They graciously accepted the invitation, and Tohma asked Yuki if he could invite the rest of Bad Luck and Nittle grasper over since it was a party. Yuki said okay!

Tohma had to ask Yuki why the sudden change, which at this, Yuki simply said, "I quit the writing business. And I feel happy that I did so."

Then, Yuki headed for home and got back inside. He had the mountain of already wrapped gifts tucked under Yuki's arms, and the tree was later brought up. When Yuki saw Shuichi asleep, which was kind of a good thing for now, Yuki began decorating the place himself.

About an hour later, following the recipe of the song that Shuichi wrote to Spicy marmalade, the whole mansion smelled like it.

Yuki turned, placing some of the spicy marmalade on a freshly baked set of shortbread cookies. He said, "Nothing is wrong. I just thought we could spend one day or more... just being together. That publishing firm was a joke. I should never have joined them in the first place. All they did was cause me a headache and stress. Every Christmas since I had been with you, that place has always made it impossible for me to spend my holiday season with the one I truly love. Shuichi, they were robbing my chance of being with you. I couldn't take that kind of pressure anymore so I quit. Besides, there are better places in the world for us to live, right?"

Sitting beside Shuichi, Yuki placed his thumb and forefinger underneath Shuichi's chin. He then said, "I just don't want to spend another Christmas without being able to enjoy it."

Leaning in, Yuki connected his mouth to his lovers. He wanted his lover to be assured that he wants a new life. no longer will Yuki be writing for a publishing firm that does not share in his beliefs. No more Christmases will be spent without Shuichi there. Yuki was sick and tired of acting like a scrooge when it wasn't his fault.

As Yuki kissed Shuichi a tear of happiness fell from Yuki's hazel colored eyes. This kiss was something Yuki had only dreamed about and yet, he knew that it was real, finally.
