Caprino Ragusano, The Big Cheese
The third-generation head of the Ragusano family, Caprino rules his horde with an iron paw and takes no flak from anyone. However, as dons go, Caprino guides his organization with an even hand and isn't one for rash decisions.
Latteria Ragusano, Caprino's Main Squeak
The daughter of a wealthy family, Latteria and Caprino's marriage was a political one. However, love seems to have blossomed between the pair. Latteria is not herself active in the mafia, but it would be unwise to underestimate her.
Stracchino Ragusano ~deceased~
The second-generation head of the Ragusano family and Caprino's father. Assassinated by a rival family, the Lancashires, during a power struggle that ultimately ended with the Ragusanos on top. The young Caprino took his position as head thereafter.
Tomino Ragusano
The first-generation head of the Ragusano family, Tomino raised the family's status from peons to one of the most notorious crime families around. Though he is now in retirement at an isolated mansion away from his enemies, Caprino still calls on him occasionally for advice.

The rest of the family:
Caprino himself has only one brother; his late father had three and a sister; his grandfather had several, but all of them are now deceased. The branch families don't play much role in the mafia, enjoying the pension the Ragusanos pay them to stay inactive, though many of their children are official members.
Caprino and Latteria's sons and daughters:
Pierino Ragusano
Caprino's first son, second-in-command, and named successor. Pierino's lack of personal ambition makes him the perfect successor, but, though he isn't particularly bad at leading, his underlings question the power he would wield as the don. Married to one Anari Kefalotyri, whom he keeps in the dark about his business.
Nostrano Ragusano
The second son, and, unknown even to him, Caprino's true successor. Nostrano is only a capo, but he has proven himself capable more times than not, and has just the right amount of ambition to lead the family himself one day. Engaged to one Sakura Chiizu as a marriage of convenience.
Bernardo Ragusano
The third son. Bernardo generally doesn't have much to do with the mafia, though he supports Nostrano in any way he can. A playboy who enjoys the high life his family affords him.
Casalina Ragusano
Caprino's only daughter, spoiled like no other. She's set to be married off one day, but for now, he keeps his eye on her. Casalina has nothing whatsoever to do with mafia business.
