Style: Light at the beginning but gradually gets darker as the story goes on (and a little sluttier)
Weapon of Choice: Sword & Fire (only uses it once secret is revealed or when alone)
Personality Type: Shy, usually keeps to herself at the beginning. Though as the story goes on she opens up more as the story goes along, and you see more of her temper.
Voice Type: Soft and quiet at the beginning after her gets her voice back, then it becomes a bit rougher and more irritates. Though there’s a soft undertone still there.
Scars: There is one on her right thigh, one on her left knee, one on her abdomen, two over her right eye creating an “x” shape and one on her cheek (that she doesn’t get until later on.)
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Eye Color: Green but she is blind in her right eye.
Hair Color: Darkish brown with her bangs tipped black and tinted red underneath.
Specialities: Akari is very flexible and can get into tight/high places. She is also skilled at sneaking around (She’s like a ninja bender <.< >.>)
Hobbies: Akari enjoys reading and writing, but also dances in her spare time with her best friends. She also sings a little bit when she gets her voice back.
Bio: Akari was born in a remote village in the Fire Nation, where life wasn’t always the greatest. By the time she was ten her grandfather, the village elder, began training her to be a firebender. For three years she trained, pushing herself to and over the limit. Little did she know, well until she figured it out, that her father and grandfather were training her to be in the army. When Akari found out about this, she made her plan to escape, on a Fire Nation ship. The thing is, if she did escape, she would leave her family behind. Including her baby brother Kijo.
Even though a lot was bothering her, Akari packed her bag and snuck into the cargo hold of a Fire Nation ship under the blanket of night’s shadow. Luckily, she managed to not be seen for a week or so, until they reached the Earth Kingdom. As the soldiers invaded, Akari snuck out into the woods, stealing some clothes from a near by house to disguise herself as an Earth Kingdom girl. She found refuge in a town, adopted by a friendly family. Though she was only there for two and a half years, she got into a few fights, one causing her to lose the sight in her right eye.
One day, the Fire nation attacked her village, everyone was slaughtered but Akari managed to escape. The images of her friends and adoptive family being killed were burned into her brain, and without realizing it her voice was leaving from her. She ran, and couldn’t call out for help. All she could do was hope. Luckily, one night she was found by some village boys, and was taken in. Though the village had Fire Nation soldiers patrolling, it was safer then anywhere she knew, and she was with new friends. Even though she was a mute, she sent out a powerful message to those around her. “No matter what, you can’t give up; it will only bring more pain.”
