If you have a female firelizard, wher, or dragon, this would be the place to come to schedule a mating flight (or run, for whers).
Simply post your request here, and it'll be answered in a timely fashion.
If you wish to play out the flight, from your character or your dragon/flit/wher's point of view, you are very welcome to create a new thread. This way, other dragons (etc) will also be able to participate in your flight.
Flights take place outside the main thread, but can be referenced by characters within the main. This way, plot-flow is not interrupted.
The current flight roster is below, followed by general clutching rules.
The thread title now shows the flights in progress, or the flights next scheduled to begin, formatted as "Firelizard|Dragon|Wher"

The flight roster is listed in chronological order. Your mating flight may take place when the thread for the flight above yours has been closed, to avoid flight-fighting. However, if you would like to arrange for a flight-fight, both players of the females involved should post in this thread something to that extent.

By "Word of God" (because I said so) our first green flight will, in fact, be Quanalanth. This can take place any time after the next time skip. If you would your green to fly after Quanalanth, please let me know!
Two or three skips down the road, our Queens will be rising, Leniearth first, and Liath shortly afterward.

Clutching

Clutch sizes for both our Queen dragons' first flights have already been determined by the staff.
For those wondering, there will be an additional queen on the sands after our first two clutch. There will not be any additional aberrant colors and sizes, ad of this time.
Green and gold firelizards are both capable of clutching.
A green's clutch can contain 1-5 eggs. If the father was brown or bronze, then browns are possible from that hatching. If the father was blue, only blues and greens will be possible. Unhatched eggs from green clutches are quite common.
A gold's clutch will be larger, containing as many as eight eggs. If the father is bronze, there is a possibility for gold eggs in the clutch. However, if the father is brown, there is no chance of gold eggs, though bronzes remain possible. Unhatched eggs in a gold's clutch are rarer, but not uncommon.
At this time, there is neither need not ability for a wher mating run. However, only gold whers clutch. Their eggs are similar to firelizards, in that gold eggs will not be noticeably different. A clutch may contain as many as three eggs. All will hatch, nearly every time. If the father is brown, only blue, green or brown whers may result. If the father is bronze, all colors are possible.

Awe... someone needs to make a green wher or gold wher.. lol maybe Ill just rp fonarsk running a wild wher...
OK, as for requests... Id like to list
Need=senka's green Flit (tho I want to wait a while...)
Sev'en= Sevina's gold flit (tho eggs are unsure after her scarring)
I will leave a clutch from her up to the Master of the guild, and whoever truly wants a flit, but did not place it in their profile for fear of rejection....
