Black Rose, Red Rose, Lying Beauties…

Mirror mirror on the wall; tell the world of the tale hidden behind broken feelings. Tell the tales of a destruction of broken dolls and humans at each other’s throats in a war over fate. Roses beautiful and enigmatic blossoming and dying as liars the war will end as people fight for their honor. The most common rose declared the rose to end the war being black rose stained such from a red rose stained such a shade. Sensation belonging to no one and everyone as time stood still…
The light of a silver moon is but a dream in the land of turmoil and destruction where by being given a rose you are consenting to the lies fed to you by the governments. Do you accept the rose or follow the lights of the sky that has yet to lie? May the dreams of a peaceful world not be beyond sight and the jumping of the dolphins in the sea is but a passion to see…
The city is in turmoil. People run ravaged and scared of those given a rose. They believe those with a rose are the ones that have been lied to by the government that a peace will finally be achieved through false hope. What hope can be found in this post-apocalyptic world where a simple flower can place so much fear in the hearts of others? May you be the adventurer to answer these questions…?
Rules
1. This is an rp for humans to be predominant, but we not turn away humans with special or unique gifts that make them less than humans and yes think of mutants or x-men if you want. We just don’t want this to be all, all different race thing going on. So if you go human with powers, put something like “Demi-human” or “Mutant”
2. to enter the roleplay simply send the profile to me in a pm titled “Black Rose Black Dragon”
3. no god-modding, auto-hitting, or killing of another person’s character without express permission from the other person and it is know to everyone in the rp it is okay

Description/History: Kayla is young woman born into a world of chaos. She had never known a world other than it. She knew of the people given roses and even once was offered one and turned it down. She was grateful to have for the next day tragedy struck. She saw people she knew left and right vanish without sight. They would turn up later apart of the military that had been given roses and that devastated her. She didn’t know what to do as she looked for answers as to why the rose was so devastating and why people were afraid of it. She knew a war started because of the rose, but not the reason for the lies started.

Abilities and Powers:
Ace wouldn't call it a power, but she is quick with anything electronic or mechanical. Meaning she is a decent, but not the best, hacker. Though she truely loves, and is talented in, repairing anything mechanical or screwing up electrical/mechanical things.
Description/History:
Arashi was brought up, and raised, as if she was in her home country. She had her looks, her accent, and her clothing, inspired by her home. She doesn't really care about any of her looks though, considering looks never seemed to get you anywhere...now bikes and cars on the other hand..She had grown up messing with electrical things, and cars. Her love for them is borderline obsession. At least that's what her parents had said...though..then the roses came. Three of them. Since the girl had never been into the romantics junk, she tossed hers back. She assumed that..that was what the roses meant. She had never heard the rumors concerning the roses. Her parents didn't either, but they felt obligated to keep the roses. A few days later while Ara was out, her parents vanished. More days later..they showed up in the military. She was shocked..but then spurred into action. She learned how to hack and recieved a bit of knowledge. Seems whoever accepted these roses..vanished. Then re appeared later, but in the military. She vowed to find others who had rejected the roses, and to get her parents back.
