Are any Smarchns Gliblops in Phlarghk Ytrnomnah?

There's no way to answer that. Since you gave no specific information on Phlarghk Ytrnomnah, one cannot accumulate a correct assumption. Based on my calculations, a "dog" is not a "cat," and some "cats" are definitely not "fish." Therefore, no "dog-fish" can live in an undefined place.
