Why do you want this built?: Its so hard to find a quiet spot to meditate

Rpc Name: Zattenai Sibadaki
Building Name: Akatsuki House
Purpose: The Akatsuki embassy stationed in Konoha
Why do you want this built?: Zattenai's going to be staying in Konoha after the chunin-retrieval thing's done. He'll need a place to stay, and some place to keep any paperwork.
