This is where rouge genes can be first seen or where major fights happen.
Rouge genes don't have to go crazy, they just need to post here first until they get discovered or caught by a side. Either the Genocide Rebels or the Company Soldiers

Mark was off fishing by the bay near his mountain again. Stormy seas were a usual sight for Mt. Wai-'Ale-'Ale. He was used to the usual high waves and rugged seas. He was also used to the slippery floor on his boat and to the amount of force the fish can pull his boat, but something was different about the storm today. The wind was actually stronger than usual.
"Dang... ah'd better hurry before something bad happens." He began reeling in his catch for the day when something came out of the water and jumped unto his ship. "CRAP!!!" He let go of the net and the fish all swam away.
He took out his knife and from it's hilt and began to scan the deck for that creature. "where the f**k did that thing go?"
"Are you Mark 'Ala? The rouge gene from Samoa, Hawaii?" said a fish like figure standing on the surface of the water.
"what if ah am? what's it got to do with you fish-breath?" Mark replied, holding his knife tighter. He reached out for one of his throwing knives.
"I've come to take you!" The figure dived into the water and with amazing brute force, destroyed the bow of the ship and it began to sink.
The figure kept hitting the ship 'til only a few pieces were left. "where are you rouge!?!" The figure screamed.
A few meters away, Mark was already out of the figure's sights and was safely floating away unconscious.

[ehe... I sorta made up another character there just so I can make an intro... sorry... I didn't mention a side anyway, so that you guys can't blame me for anything xd ]
