An old mansion that creaks and is stained with blood. Maniacal laughs can be heard from the walls and a large knife is embedded in the floor. Chiyo's shadow occupies this room.

Oziel walked up to the sixth floor and saw noone.He then saw the staircase and walked up to the seventh floor.

Chiyo ascended up the stairs to the sixth floor. Even though she was blind now, she could still smell, hear and sense reiatsu perfectly well, and she knew it was her time. She stood up straight facing her shadow, and remembered the last time she did so. Ironically, her own zanpakuto spirit was also a shadow, and it normally took on the form of Chiyo's shadow - so the situation here very much resembled her training with Knjounosuwattakage. Her fingers curled around her zanpakuto's hilt and gripped it tightly as she waited for the shadow to speak.

The shadow Chiyo drew her own zanpaktou with a smile. "Scared yet? Welcome partner, to your own hell." She said as she beckoned around the mansion. "Here, you shall fall before your greatest fear and die. We are one, I am you, and you are me. We both know the truth, your fears, your nightmares, your horrors that are kept locked away in your heart. You shall be betrayed and die just the same as always."
Grimm came behind Shiraiyuki and hooked his chain to wrap around her throat as he angled one of his zanbatou to impale the center of her back. "Don't worry, I won't keep you long from your destination. Hell." His other zanbatou ran alongside her throat, aimed to slit it.

*She turned her head slight and opened her mouth.*
"You b*****d.............your nothing but....a scardy cat....sho uses peoples opposites to beat them...you wouldn't even think about fightings me head on until now.......your nothin' but a coward......*gack*"

-sei ran up to floor 6 and saw chiyo and shiraiyuki fighting the shadows of grimm and chiyo as well. - get a move on guys the floor's collapsing!! its not quite at floor 5 yet but it's getting there so HURRY UP! -sei hoped his warning would distract the shadows thus giving chiyo and shiraiyuki a chance to overpower their aggressors and move up with him to floor 7-

*Even thought Sei was up to the 7th floor she still yelled at him.*
"Oh sure just run up there and not help me out of this guy from killing me right now..........geeze,some soul reapers have no respect."
*Shiraiyuki then used her elbows,which had blades on them to cut the chain and get free.*

Even though she could not see anymore, Chiyo's eyes narrowed as her shadow spoke. "You think we are the same? You are wrong, utterly wrong. You are only a feeble copy, filled with feelings of rage and hatred. Even though you might possess the same shape, voice, zanpakuto and abilities, you are not me. What makes the shape that everyone recognised as Chiyo, me, are my actions. My essence is what I do, and whom I protect." Deciding to say no more, and filled with confidence flowing from her own words, she flung herself forward, drawing her nodachi in flight, and swinging it horizontally from right as she landed next to the shadow. She could locate her opponent perfectly by using her ears and nose solely.

The shadow turned, meeting Chiyo's blade with her own zanpaktou. "You still fail to understand what a shadow truly is, that is why you will never defeat me!" it hissed. A white mask grew across the shadow's face. A scarlet robe adorned it's shoulders and it grew taller, standing over Chiyo and fending off her nodachi with two large knives splattered with blood. "A shadow is no facade, no illusion, nor is it a copy. Shadows and their hosts are the same being, but if there was a master and slave, it would be you beings that would be the copies. All beings in this world were born of shadows, now you have become arrogant. This world shall be returned to it's owners, the shadows!"
Grimm swung around and struck against Yuki's zanpaktou with one zanbatou and against the blades on her elbows with his other blade. "Are you stupid? This is reality, there is no such thing as fair play. Losers who play by those rules," he increased the pressure and aimed a headbutt at Yuki's forehead with a savage smile. "just end up dying like dogs!"

"Yea....and you know what......."
*As he came in with a headbutt,she used kagutsuchi blade and a black flame was aimmed at him.Not only that but a cero from her other hand.*
"I don't play by the rules most of the time anyway."
*Burn him......KAGUTSUCHI!!*
*The flame was shot at him and she fired the cero at him.*

Chiyo listened to her shadow's lecture on living beings and their shadows, and then hissed back through her teeth. "You are going to teach me about shadows? Don't make me laugh. Are you forgetting the true nature of the zanpakuto we both share?" She was getting angry, and she could not control it anymore, for she gave up her emotional control as one of the payments to rise up the tower.
She threw herself back, and tried kidou - she was wondering if this one was like the shadows her zanpakuto created, or could kidou actually harm it? Either way, the knowledge would benefit her, for it the shadow could not be damaged by kidou, she could not cast it as well, and if it can be harmed.. well, then it will be harmed. She focused her reiatsu and yelled out, anger noticeable in her voice: "Hadou number 58, Orchid Sky!" and watched the widening tornado-like blast shooting at immense speed towards her own shadow.

Raine made her way into the 6th floor and looked around, seeing Chiyo and her shadow fighting. This place just kept getting weirder and weirder! Not only was this room scary as hell, but blood was everywhere. Someone really should clean this place. Raine thought to herself and shook her head.
Walking up the stairs, Raine gave up her sense of fear. It would do her no good if it was just going to keep holding her back from advancing to the next floors.

The shadow fell back against the mansion's wall after being struck with the kidou, but quickly countered by thrusting both knives forward at Chiyo. "Pathetic human, why do you even try? All that lies ahead is defeat!"
Grimm stumbled back from the flames and turned as he caught the cero and squeezed it until it extinguished itself. "Nice try, but no dice. Let's go Wakamusha!" he howled as he bolted forward and aimed a series of punches at Yuki's abdomen. He followed it a headbutt, a horizontal slash with his first blade, and a vertical slash with his second blade. Then he spun with a dual slash at her abdomen. "Breakpoint!"
