By far the 'nicest' part of the city, The Clifftop has mostly newer homes and businesses. It has malls and business plazas, and pre-designed neighborhoods. The Staticats who live here generally do not trust other Staticats due to concerns that they may be eying their prime territory. Because of this issue, it is generally considered to be dangerous to go "up the mountain" unless one is heading into Flimflam territory.
There are two main areas up on the cliff, and each has their own policies.
