The Greenlands are the oldest part of Steeltown. Old style Victorian era houses are the main fare, which are easily shorted out and require a patience and understanding Staticat to feed from them. This area is populated by both the older humans who have lived in the area for their whole lives as well as the university dwellers who are only there for 9 months out of the year.
The Staticats who live here are generally older as well, some so old they remember the time before cities and humans and being settled. The area has little protection from invasion, but has such 'poor fare' for anyone who would want to attack it, that they believe themselves to be fairly safe (and they probably are).
