Captain - incase you didn't know only one person can be captain in guilds and in clans
Vice Captain - to be vice captian i either have to KNOW you or you have to prove to me that your responsible, loyal, helpful, intelligent, and your not going to try to take over (this spot is not going to be easy to obtain in no way if its by the second option)
Crew - to be a crew member i either have to KNOW you or you have to have been in this guild for a decent amount of time (not a ridiculous amount) and you have to be active and helpful in improving this guild.
Remember that I cant just put everyone on crew level that wouldn't make sense. I plan on having a max of 5 people on crew.
Everyone in the clan is allowed to use the badge, but remember that the badge has slightly to many pixels to be used as a badge, it can be used in your store description and on your profile and probly some other places that i haven't tried.
