In this thread i give tip offs (i talk about items in the marketplace that would be good to buy while their low then sell when their high or no one else is selling them)
Some tip offs might change faster than others so pay attention to the time each tip was posted
Make sure to check the tip offs some could be false alarms and others could be first come first serve.

Item Investment
Catastrophe!
With this item being based on a cat prespective, we can proably be sure that this item is gonna have plenty of cat based poses and eventualy the pervy devs are gonna have hentai based catgirl poses for it making the value skyrocket to high amounts. Seems to be a good investment at 49 cash or about 20K on MP.
As we all know, sexest based items with EI's hold lots of its value even after it quits selling in the shop.
