The Stacks is a land of tall buildings, well over 10 stories or more. Some are residential, some are office space, but what they truly are is a great place for Staticats to feed.
Because Staticats can climb up metal and glass, office buildings are no trouble to deal with. The more concrete-based buildings a cat can enter at ground level, and use elevator shafts to travel as they will to various apartments.
More daring cats can also tackle cars that are stopped at red lights throughout the area - though cars have a hilarious way of stalling when they do this, much to frustration of drivers (and amusement of Staticats!)
There are more humans here than anywhere else, so Staticats who enjoy the company of humans or wish to study humans up close generally do so here.
This is also a meeting place for MANY cats, due to the odd neutrality that it has gained over the years as a central point in the city.
