Kigen is the goth and Heisei is the prep.
Personality: Kigen is quiet and short tempered whole Heisei is loud and never loses her temper.
Bio: Kigen protected Heisei while they were running from the scientsits wanting to do experiments to unlock the secret of their vectors. They normaly just wander around the street and pick pocket people for a mob boss who lets them stay with him. Heisei normally wears a blue ribbon around her horns while Kigen wears a skull beanie.
Other Info: They're twins but they're not identcial. They're exact oppisites of each other
