Seppen carries a colapsable scythe with him at all times. It has intricate metal work and a Shikon jewel shard in the middle of the blade. Of course, humans don't see it when they see him in his wolf form.
Seppen controls ice. He can control it from a light snow fall to a blizzard.
List of his techniques:
Snow Twister: He focuses his ice powers to create a snow twister small enough to freeze a human or big enough to freeze a giant demon.
Ice Shards: Just as the name says. He makes a sweeping motion with his scythe and sends a bombardment of razor sharp ice shards at his enemy.
Blinding White: He engulfs him and his enemy in a blizzard so intense they can't see an inch from their nose. But he can still find and attack them thanks to his sense of smell.
Purity Storm: This is his most powerful attack, but he doesn't use it much. The reason being it leaves him weak and unable to move for at least two days afterwards. It can only be used against powerful demons and the stronger they are the more damage it causes. He summons an ubelievable blizzard. The hail that comes along with it is so sharp and moving so fast it can cut through steel. The snow absorbs the demon's power while the hail tears him to shreads.
