After spending days within the sealing chamber, Kaze was finally able to control his power to a certain extent. He realized that his curse seemed to activate on its own free will when not careful. He spent days meditating, being as calm as possible to tame this power. It was hard. He could call upon it no problem at all, but making it go away was another story. He nearly killed one of the sealing ninja when he was having one of his rage days, but the shinobi luckily escaped harm, but is still traumatized from the incident.
Kaze nervously stepped out of the hospital, hoping he wouldn't randomly jump someone. He walked cautiously out of the vicinity heading for the Kazekages office. It was time Kaze payed him a little visit.

Ronnel stepped in behind him, with two doctor's following. The room sealed shut as Ronnel laid down on a bed next to Kyuuma's.
"Well.. here it goes otouto... now we really will be blood brother's." Ronnel smiled crookedly as they began applying the anesthetic sedatives to the two.

((Ok, this is where the NPC doctors take over. Slink, Kyuuma is currently unconscious and will feel no pain.))

The doctor's nodded once both the patients were well and truly out of it. The pulled the eyelids around both left eyes on the duo back, carefully moving in and severing as few nerves as possible. The pulled the two up carefully, then switched places, lowering the Falcon's Eye into Ronnel's empty socket, and the blank left eye into Kyuuma's. They nodded as they began the portion of the procedure that was far more tricky.
Working very slowly and delicately, the surgeons began attaching the nerves and muscles the eyes would need. Blood vessels and chakra pathways were next as the two doctors proceeded carefully. Each man drew out a syringe, and proceeded to draw a full vial of blood. Once again, they switched between patients. They injected Ronnel's blood into Kyuuuma's jugular. The blood would take time, but would speed the healing process in Kyuuma's eye. After enough time, it would also manifest as Kyuuma began to gain slight control over his bones.
The blood injected into Ronnel was injected directly below the eye from Kyuuma. It would ease the transition for the eye, and allow Ronnel access to the powers it held. The men stepped back and wiped their foreheads of sweat. All spoken, the operation had taken three hours for the removal, four for the reattachment, and maybe twenty minutes for the blood transfer. They nodded to each other and cut the sedative flow, but not the anesthetics. They wrapped the patients' heads carefully, covering the right eye.

Kyuuma would wake up first. His doctor stood ready to talk to him, as the doctor who had worked with Ronnel stood near the foot of the other's bed.

The doctor looked down.
"You won't be able to use your left eye for a few days. Give it a week to be safe, and you should be fine." he patted Kyuuma on the head and left just as Ronnel was wwaking up. His doctor sighed.
"Your healing rate is advanced, probably due to a higher concentration of Kaguyan blood traits. I'd say, wait about five days before using that eye."

Ronnel sat up slowly. While he would be able to abide by the remaining foour days, there was no way he could stay still for that long. He held up both hands over Kyuuma, and a small dome formed over the young boy. Inside, there were bones that had been altered to be a slightly different color. They read:

Otouto, thank you. I'll do us both proud. Keep an eye on the Kazekage, something seems off lately.

That completed, Ronnel laid one hand affectionately on the dome, then left. He scratched the bandaging and metal plate they had put over his left eye, damnably annoying, but he would leave it in place for the remaining time. He headed back towards Konoha, to find out about the outcome of the Chuunin Exams.

Hoshi entered and saw Vesta sitting."is the wound serious," he said looking at the person lying on the bed.

"Anyways can we get back to training since the medics are with him," he says hoping for a yes.
