the item must be either:
- a multiple use battle item
- a non-usable item (just for kicks)
- please note that only items that are in your inventory (that you have already obtained from classroom #7) can be added to your cert.
- remember that some items on your cert (such as an element icon or black blood) cannot be removed.
the item on the cert will be considered active and available to you to use once it is on the cert. this applies to both Missions and general RP.
