Why you think you should be a Captain:
I'm an extremely Literate RPer and I would love to help be a squad captain. I have good leadership skills and I want to also lead as best I can.
RP Sample:
Eizo walked up to his captain and stood infrom of her desk, as she was write reports and signing documents. He had a flush across his face as he held flowers behind his back and other members looked in the doorway and laughed, giggled, and even very quietly cheered him on for what he was about to do. Eizo took a deep breath and the Captain put her pen down and looked at Eizo with a sweet smile on her face. "What can i do for you!" he said very happily as Eizo blushed some more as he captain. Eizo withhis very red face pulled the flowers from his back a couldn't look up at her as he had a confused look on her face.
Eizo simple opened his mouth and stated why he was there. "Well....captain I was wondering....if you would....go out with me...?" he asked still flushign as othe squad members looked in amazment that the shy, quiet, and very timid Eizo asked to date his captain whom he had dear feelings for. The Captain looked at him and smiled taking the flowers somewhat blushing too. "Sure, your kinda shy and wierd for a guy!" she stated as Eizo than took note thinking he was now her squad's weirdo as other laughed and Eizo flashed them a look that made them close the door. Eizo than walked out as he sighedm but quickly had a smile on his face as he now gets to talk to the woman he cares deeply for. One of Eizo's friends appeared form a tree and wrapped his arm around Eizo's shoulder and smiled. "Good work man, I can't believe you got a date with the captain, I tried her but she always blasted my out the 3 stores window with a Hido or her spiritual pressure and..." Eizo inturrupted with a smile. "It's because you have no respect for woman, for god sakes you had 10 dates on one night, even they kicked the tar out of you. With bare hands and feet may I add." Eizo said before smiling sinsterly. "I still have the photos from that account..." Eizo said flashign the photos as hsi friend went into a emo corner. "Well i have to get ready see ya!" Eizo shouted as he ran off. "Yeah I want those photos!!!" he friend shouted.
Eizo arrived otu side his captians quarters dressed his best soul reapers clothing when his captian opened the door she was in a lovely, bright, and colorful kamono with her hair done and a tradition umbrella. Eizo blushed when she grabbed his arm and began to pull him toward the squads main gate. "Come on, you don't have to be so shy all the time!" she shouted with laughter as she pulled Eizo to a very lovely and high point in Soul Society, wherethey had sat upon a roof of the building looking upon the sunset and coming night sky. "Um...thank you for dating me..." Eizo said calmly as he looked over to her with a smile. "She simple looked down with a smile. "No, I thank you...I need to get away form work and that creep you call a friend..." she saad pointing her finger and firing a hido #4 hiting someone, whom than fell form a tall building form a distance. "I hate spies.." she remarked before Eizo smiled and lauhged a bit. "What can I say, he is jealous I got the most beautiful girl in soul society..." Eizo quikly blushed and looked away as the captaind did the same. "Sorry Um...Also whats your first name captain..?" Eizo stated and asked. She looked at him and he looked at her. "My name is...Namina..." she said as their hands toughed and than held. " with that they kissed each other as the last bit of sunlight was setting of the harizon. Eizo friend could be heard cheerign him on, but nothing that the captains kido couldn't fix. *Large explosion*
The night after himslef in the captains quarters when he woke up. his face was bright red and he was in his sleeping robe in the Captains bed. Namina suddenly poked her head in for another room and shouted with joy. "Your awake!" she shouted as she Eizo was against the wall as if he had a heart attack. "You fell asleep when we where leaning against each other so i carried you here, also your barracks where to far away so i put you in my bed with me..." she stated as she walked over to him. "I hope you don't mind..." Eizo simple looked at her as with a twitchy eye as other looked in through the doorway in amazment and disbelieve. Eizo himself was almost speakless and was about to asked when Captain Namina inturrputed him. "I carried you in my arms like a baby..." she said with a tooth brush hanging out of her mouth and Eizo's jaw dropped as he grabbed his things a walked out and Namina just shouted abotu another date. The male members simple laughed and smiled and Eizo was like a life-less doll as he starred into space with one expression on his face happiness, but in the back on his mind embarressment of how he got into the captian's quarters.

Why you think you should be a Captain: I thought it would be cool and see what it was like as a captain,other than that just trying to help out the guild,plus had alot experince with rping and rpg leadership
RP Sample:
Hinoto walked around the barracks trying to find out something to do so he won't be bored.One of the other captains said he could run erranes for him.So he has been going back and forth all day trying to get the captain the things he needed.By the time he was done,he saw what the captain was doing.All he was doing was making something to eat.Hinoto was then annoyed by it,cause all he did was get some food to make lunch.He stormed off disappointed that it was nothing but helping out a captain to make his lunch.
After he helped him,Hinoto walked around in the sereitei looking for someone to talk to,but everyone was busy.So he decided to go to an open field he always sat at and train there.When e reached there he found a wondering soul about to be eaten by a hollow.He took out his zanpakuto and slashed the hollows face in half.Hinoto helped the little girl back to the rukongai and told her he would come back to see if she was ok.He waved good-bye and headed back to the hill.
He came back to the hill and started to practice his kido.He kept on practicing until he finally collasped.He looked up at the sky and saw dark clouds.He fell asleep not worrying about them.While he was sleeping he was dreaming about his past life in the human world.He was then disruppted from his dream by the rain and woke up in the middle of the rainfall.He got up to see he was soaking went and headed back to the barracks.He dried himself off and saw he had some paper work to be done.
He sat down and started on his work.While he was working he then got a strange feeling in the pit of his stomach.He grabbed a straw hat and headed back out to the rukogai.When he got there,there was a large ammount of hollows and the villagers there were being eaten one by one.Some were turning into hollows.He saw the same little girl that was attacked a hollow attack by two more.The other soul reapers were handling the other ones.So he went after them.
The rain was getting worse by the minute.It then turned into a really bad storm.He still ran after the hollows towards the same spot as before.When he got to them,he used hado 33 to get rid of one.He had to fight the other one.About an hour later,Hinoto was still fighting the same hollow,but he noticed that he was taking the energy from the little girl just by being infront of her.He then thought of moving her away from the hollow.So he shuupon towards the girl and got her away from the hollow.
When he got her away from it,Hinoto was finally able to attack him.He ran towards him and slashed his mask.Before he could the gates of hell appeared and took the hollow throught.When it was over he walked over to the little girl and asked if she was ok.When she answered him,she fell asleep.He picked her up and placed her on his back.The sormed lightened up.It just rained lightly.He returned and the villagers looked him.Her parents came and took her back.Hinoto started to walk back.The little girl told him goodbye and he goodbye back and headed back to his barrack.
