I personally Don't but thats because I can't keep a beat to save my life.

i play violin, OhEmmmGee o_O plays cello and violin, and lots of people play the strings (besides guitar).
i am going to learn guitar soon (because i want to), but i already hate practicing violin enough so my parents made me think about it so i'll have to learn later on crying taylor swift inspired me to play the guitar since it seems so easy and since i have played the violin and the guitar also has strings it should be a little bit easier for me than other new guitar players
besides in violin i was waaay better than the other people (music teachers stink these days), and partly because my sister taught me. i have been playing for only two years and i'm really ahead of the others and an excellent player
i used to play piano but quit since it stinks too i can't use both hands sweatdrop

Thats why there is an other option, I cant list all the instruments known to man.
