Amane understand you want to create an RPG, Amane doesn't see a problem with that.
Amane has a list you need to fill out and have OK'd before creating said RPG, though. Amane and Lithilliumn will delete the RPG otherwise.

Amane and Lithilliumn don't want any offensive RPGs created.
Amane and Lithilliumn have the authority to deny an RPG on whatever grounds Amane and Lithilliumn think inappropriate.
Amane and Lithilliumn don't need a PM that you have posted unless Amane hasn't OK'd or NO'd your form for a week. Amane and Lithilliumn will visit this topic regularly though.
Amane and Lithilliumn only accept English RPGs.
Amane and Lithilliumn think it's fair enough that when you create an RPG without an OK, you risk getting kicked.

Short Summary: The setting will be in an inn on the side of a road the meanders through the forest. People meet and talk at the inn. Any race will be acceptable and the story will run it's self as the rpers post. They will introduce characters with a background and they will interact with one another. (If this description of what I'm trying to create is not good enough I will try to work on it.)
Rules: No "God-modding"; characters must have some kind of weakness(es).
Be civil to one another; I know this is not a structured story line, but be kind.
No excessive swearing
Follow general rules of the guild and Gaia.
Characters that disobey may have their characters killed off and not allowed back in.

Amane suggests taking a look at either Amane's or Lithilliumn's RPG for rules to see which ones you deem important for your RPG that are still missing.

Amane has seen the RPG and Amane suggest that, when working in one post, use white lines before and after the lines.
Amane also suggest you reserve 1-2 posts for charactersheets.

Short Summary: Every two hundred years a ball is held for the dwellers of the dark. Be it Vampires, Lycans, Demons, the list goes on. This ball is held for families to be reunited for a night, relationships are made, freindships rekindled, Fights started, Different things happen at different balls. All you have to do is come to this ball and you shall find some you hate, love, fear, lust, and lothe after. This ball started at dusk and ends at dawn the next morning. However some may come earlier, leave sooner.
Rules:
- Respect each others RP Messages
- Help each other if one makes a mistake don’t put each other down
- You are allowed to adapt your character during the RP.
- Any RP member who applied for this RP will automatically be considered;
- Aware of the rules of this RP, this Guild and Gaia.
- And will keep being considered aware of the rules while posting.
- You are allowed to have a maximum of 2 characters.
- Send your character sheet in a PM titled 200 Year Ball.
