We come back from a commercial break as we see Steve Jones inside the ring, a microphone in hands.

"As I see, you people are still more than entertained by the show I put in place!" he said to jeers.

"You know, this is the reason why I think I am the General Manager, and the reason why I could go for something... A pinch higher. So Marxx, come on down, I have to talk to you" he said.

A few seconds later, Marxx's theme plays and he comes to the ring. He grabs a microphone, but Jones interrupts him.

"Before you say anything, let me tell you that I invited you to my ring to make you an offer you cannot refuse!" He said as Marxx raised his eyebrow. HIS ring? Wasn't he the guy who signs his paychecks?

"It's been a while since I watch you. It's been a very long time since I spotted that little sparkle in your eyes when you come down to the ring. You miss that, don't you?" he says to Marxx's face as the chairman stays silent.

"You see, I know you're a man of action, and that office job kills you inside. This is why I come to you with this offer: I'm offering to buy 30% of your shares from the company, so I become the owner and chairman. I know you want to get back in action, and you know I'm the only good candidate to replace you. Do the right thing man!" he said to loud jeers from the crowd, who definitely didn't want to see Steve being the chairman of the company.

Marxx looked around, before approaching the microphone from his mouth.

"You know Stevie, when I first hired you, I thought you would be the perfect man to take care of things while I'll be gone. But in case you forgot, I'm still here, I'm still in charge and there's absolutely no way I give up something I worked too hard to build!" he said to cheers.

"I took care of DCW since it opened, since it was nothing but a developmental territory. I put everything I've got on mortgage only to buy all the shares of DCW, because I believed in the potential of this place. I knew deep inside that this would be what it is today: A respected company among the wrestling world!" he added

"So your offer, you can take it and stick it up your a** because there's no way I will sell the Durem Championship Wrestling!" he said to louder cheers.

Steve looked at the crowd reaction, nodding and seemingly pissed off

"Alright... Alright. You're a businessman and I respect your decision. However, this is why I prepared this second deal, and I know how you like to take risks in this industry. What I suggest you is pretty simple: You put your shares on the line in a match, while I put my job here on the line. Whoever wins takes it all..."

"You wanna fight me! Alright, let's do this!" Marxx said, interrupting Steve.

"Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, hold on man! You know damn well I'm not a wrestler! I'm not made for fights! What I had in mind was something a little different. At True Heritage, you pick 5 people to fight for you, while I pick 5 too. And therefore, we have an elimination match. If you win, I'm out for good..."

Before he could continue, the crowd interrupted with loud cheers. He waited for them to stop before moving on.

"But if I win, I become the new chairman of Durem Championship Wrestling!" he said to jeers.

"You know you can't stand my presence here, and you're so kind that you even put clauses in my contract that prevents any firing from your part. So, what do you think?" he asked.

Marxx looked around, taking his time to give his answer

"Alright, you're on!" Marxx said.

Steve started laughing, happy that his plan worked.

"But you know, I can already announce the name of two people who will be in my team. Those name, I'm sure you know them. I'm all for reunion, and before the match was actually on, they accepted to be apart of MY team. The first members of team Jones at True Heritage: The Talented Express, Cartwright and Jed!" he said.

Marxx nods.

"Do whatever you want man. But from my side, I think I'll go for two people who probably won't say no too. In my team, there will also be a reunion. And the two reunited tag teams will fight later tonight. The first two members of team Jones, the Talented Express, will take on the first two members of team Marxx: Lauri Henry... and his Defiant partner, ME!" he said to a big pop from the crowd.

Steve was more than shocked by Marxx's decision.

"Well, you know, for now, it's all I've got. But I will come to the ring later and announce who the 3 other members of my team will be. I hope you're ready for carnage, because once I'm in charge here, I might hire you to... Clean my office!" he said before leaving the ring.
