And since I'm in a sharing mood, I'll share a picture of my favorite purse.
It's just so ******** cute. It's a coffin... it's a purse.... it's a coffin purse!!

Well, I don't have pics right now because I don't have a digital camera. However, I have two pairs of yarn falls that I made myself. One pair has black, royal blue, and teal-green yarn, and the other has black, red, and burgundy yarn. They're made with that really fuzzy Chenille Thick & Quick Lion Brand yarn. The strands hang loose. I didn't braid or twist any of them because the strands are nice and thick looking.

I prefer to make synthetic dreads. anyone who has me on facebook or myspace has already seen them.
I also like working with other materials.

I prefer cyberlox and dreads. I'm not a big fan of yarn falls though, they're not quite big enough for my liking.

For looks I like cyberlox. For affordability and ease of access to materials to make them I prefer yarn falls.
I made a pair of nifty brown/tan with wood and silver beads in it for my friend's tribal bellydancing outfit.
I'd like to get my hands on some foam sheets and crin in neon colors. <3

Out of the three, I like dreads.
Extensions more then just the falls though. But I do own 3 sets of dread falls.
The ones that I used to have braided into my hair I am making a wig out of as soon as I can get the base wig for it.
I am really curious about trying my luck with cyberlocks though.
I never did like the look of yarn falls or extensions though.

I like dreads, mainly because you have to consider the huge effort put into them. Cyberlox and yarnfalls seem rather simple to put together and such. Dreads have an entire process you have to go through. I've made two pairs, one spirals and one regular solid colors. Aside from my sig, here's some pics of my dreads~

I've never had/worn any kind before 'cause my head is shaved. But yeah, cyberlox are the kind made from various tubing, wires, belts, foam, and such, right? I love how they look. Dreads are nice too, but I don't really like the yarn ones.

I'm very picky about my yarn falls but I like them. I only like them if they have varying textures and I prefer it when they have beads/charms/etc hanging from them. I only like the really long ones with varying lengths of yarn.
And I love love love synthetic dreads, but extensions look best and they are so hard to maintain! I'm in to low maintainance stuff. I already hate the fact that I have to take half an hour in the shower because my hair is so long and thick, I want to chop it all off. Or at least get a mohawk.
@Das: Ooooo.... nifty. You should post pics if you end up making that wig.
@Electro: I love candycane dreads, those are my favorite. <3
@Percival: You have a shaved head? I don't think I've ever seen what you look like, now I'm curious, mind posting a pic or somethin? But no yeah, that's what cyberlox are, you got it exactly right.
