how do i make a comment button or a msg me button ad how do i make it say what i want it to say

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

ADD comment here - act liek your adding a comment to yourslef but copy the adress bar into were it says ADD COMMENT HERE. ( copy and paste )

PICTURE/WORDING HERE - put "add comment" or w/e or put a pictures HTML code there for a pic

i tried to use the code on my site but it didn't work. could u help me wit that. No matter what I do, it wont work. I think its cuz its what do i put there in the space.
