I know it might seem really redundant but I want to make sure the crew is active, because an inactive crew is kind of...silly. I'm setting up a thread in the staff subforum (currently called the penthouse) and it'll be kind of like roll-call...every week there will be a new thread, and each crew member has to post there at least once. You can post about anything, or just say "I'm here".

Whoops, I forgot to explain why I was doing this XD
If you know you are going to be gone, tell me. I'll set up another thread in the crew subforum for absence notices.
If you don't tell me beforehand (and being gone a week is a pretty long time), you won't be kicked out of the crew immediately--2 consecutive week misses or 3 weeks where you didn't pop in (non-consecutive) will de-crew you. You can get a missing week un-done if you're positively amazingly active for a week, but it's a system that I'm still working on.
(I'll be doing something similar with the artists.)
