ok, i know that sailor chibiusa became the wicked lady for some reason, but what was that reason? and did the scouts reverse it? i hear it was the negaverse... or the negamoon rather... that true? and how did the scouts reverse it?

Chibiusa is brainwashed by Wiseman of the Black Moon Clan, and that is how she becomes Black/Wicked Lady.
In the anime, she tries to kill Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen, but Sailor Moon transforms into Neo-Queen Serenity and expresses her love for Chibiusa, which allows her to break the curse.
In the manga, Black Lady laments the death of Sailor Pluto, who she believes is her one true friend, and turns back into Chibiusa.
