Physical Description:
Generally a grown man.. he looks to be about twenty five, but his features are hidden ninety percent of the time. His clothing consist normal Shinigami clothing, only difference being the pants he wears.. these are in resemblance to those in the second squad... His upper clothing is a cloak, covering from his waist up at all times.. It literally slits at that point, to lead to the pants... the cloak covers a flaring mist of white hair, flourishing in bangs and probably trailing down his back inside the cloak... On his eyes, through the mass of hair, is a pair of dark tinted black and blue sunglasses. he seems to enjoy attempting to hide his identity as it corresponds with his attitude of not ever wanting to be known.

Release Phrase: Instrument Of The Ages... Help Me Maintain Time And Passage Of Our Lands... Manifest From Eternity.. Tokei-Okami
Sealed State- In this form his Zanpaktou is very strange.. the hilt is a brownish golden, seeming to have been very... Old. Its covered in the same design of clocks.. Each clock however, is different.. As stated by Clokk there are seven hundred and ninety four clocks, each varying in size.. The blade itself is the most unnatural thing.. outside is clear, and see through upon first sight.. Due to the blade's outside being made of glass.. the inside, coming from a half-dial at the hilt's top. [Ya' know those things inside the old clocks that spin and touch each other to keep the clock going..=__=..?]
the glass works as a blade-shaped structure to cover the wavering four foot clock hand... Surprisingly, this 'Blade' is capable of damage, but only physical as it cannot slice.. but instead strikes with an amazing force, equal to that of a slashing/cutting force... This leaves wound son the skin, going to the greatest extent of such a strike... Engraved in the weapon's 'Glass' is a graceful lacing leading to a clock, without a rounded body.. Just twelve large hands with small hand sin between.. Around this is a clock, going halfway horizontally.. then doing the same on the bottom half.
Shikai/Released Phase- Once the first part of the release phrase is chanted, the blade will be held over Clokk's heart, where the glass will glow on the blade.. the entire blade, below and above the hilt, will suddenly turn into loose spiritual particles, gathering to create the second half of the dial connecting the long clock hand. [already gone and evaporated] the half and half dial will then be slammed into Clokk's chest, whereas he gains a new cloak, now completely white like his hair... Which he no longer wears it over his head. his Zanpaktou's new form is a clock on his heart, rounded and rimmed with gold to complete the structure within him. The clock is generally hollowed out, but filled with spiritual energy, compressed to fit within the uncovered structure.
-This clock is split by twelve slices.. the abilities used take up parts of the clock.. once they are all gone.. the blade will go into its second stage. [See Below]
- The clock seems virtually indestructible when full, but gets depleted [along with Clokk] as the slices are used and removed.
- Formations are used when the clock gets to certain parts, like when two pieces are left.. [Vertical to each other, to become Six-O-Clock] The ability 'Appointment' is capable of being activated. Formations include:
Appointment- A move of desperation some would think.. By holding his hand out, and drawing a clock of spiritual particles going counter-clockwise [from six to twelve after the first go around] he will slash the clock down the center and it will go towards the target, turning transparent and growing before disappearing... The target will suddenly become trapped in a circulating orb, constantly moving very hard to break.. A good defense from the outside, and a good trap.. Clokk, however, can attack through this. This is a temporary hold on the target, only lasting a short time [Three Post] unless broken by an attack great enough to stop bakudou of level Sixty Five.
Never Late Again- A move to be used when all the slices are full. Clokk will draw a clock with his index fingers only, using both starting from Twelve, and meeting at six. He will then slash upwards with an 'X'. The clock will evaporate into exactly sixty rounded spears to be thrown or manipulated... Each projectile, upon contact with an item, 'Gives it an Expiration Date' The spear won't pierce or even hurt the target.. instead it will form a clock tattoo on there skin.. This clock converts reistu into reishi and exerts it into the atmosphere silently.. [Each clock takes 4% Of A targets Reistu Per Post... That means more then 25 stick you and you've lost nearly ALL your reistu... they each only last three post however..]
More Formations To be Discovered..
First Stage Attacks:
Stop Watch- Clokk will hold his hands above his clock-heart, and suddenly gain a glowing white wrapping of reiastu.. his body is capable of reading quick and slow movement sin this state, making it possible for him to react better..
Re-Thinking The Situation- Clokk will slap the clock-heart, and reappear where he was three seconds ago.. Repeating this motion will eventually create a frigid motion, and gather friction enough to dodge techniques... Narrow dodges are possible in this state.
It'll Heal Within Time- An increased healing rate, depending on how much reiastu Clokk is ready to exchange it for. This can be used on others, but this use solely depends on Clokk's reiastu supply...
~10% Reiatsu Exchange= Healing Of All Minor Wounds.. Scratches, Markings, Slight Physical Fatigue.
~20% Reiastu Exchange= Healing Of Skin, All Minor Wounds, With Some Mild... Mild being ripped tissue, smaller deepened cuts, Invigorates temporarily to rid fatigue and even out.
~30-50% Reiatsu Exchange= All of the aforementioned, and mending [SOME] broken bones.
~50-95% Reiatsu Exchange= All of the aforementioned, with increased bone mending... Ruptures arteries are closed to continue but easily re-opened.
Aged Demons- A simple increase in power to Hadou attacks, his means of fighting in this form.. Hadou can be fired, or activated from his chest without actually taking up a slice... Just making the entire clock dim.
Young Angels- A simple increase in power to Bakudo attacks, his means of other means of fighting in this form.. Bakudo can be fired, or activated from his chest without actually taking up a slice... Just making the entire clock dim.
Shikai/Second Release- Only capable of being activated when all the slices are completely.. Gone. The structure in his chest will slowly gather into faint hands on the clock in his chest, but only the hands.. Nothing else inside... By gripping the structure and clenching it, the glow will fade and absorb onto Clokk's hand... The clock-heart will easily come out, manifesting itself into a staff as the clock fills itself into a real item.. A Bronze staff attached to a golden bronze clock, unmoving and not working.. A single short hand sticks to the clock, but it points to no hand.. instead, towards the item or target of Clokk's desire. It then evaporates as Clokk is capable of fighting with it, no holds barred and physically..
In this form, Clokk only has physical attacks and seems to have abandoned Kido for the long run... he now shows his physical stature, including a slightly enhanced speed... A larger, more melee-based weapon.. And the innate skills in holding a staff. This form generally has no attacks, other then the clock at the top of the weapon glowing and creating a transparent layering to increase its attack range, and force to break and destroy objects through brute force.
Bankai- [Hold your horses.. I'M WRITING IT..DX]
By chanting the phrase "Disrupt The Passage Of Time For Eternity.." Clokk's Bankai will activate... Upon release, his blade [no matter what form] will seem to.. Shatter. It shall break into a spiritual form, similar to how a person can form the first-given Zanpaktou to them, into there own manifested form. This form generally decomposes and reverts itself to that moment.. before an instantaneous time-skip happens with the blade's manifestation... This literally bring sit to an 'Almight Form' one could say.. Its peak, never to be advanced.. But discovered.
Bankai Appearance- Clokk's hair will grow quickly, before.. Falling out. Eventually, his hairstyle is brought down to a smaller level.. Hair hanging down about six inches through the back of his neck.. Spiked to some extent, with smaller bangs to see his eyes. His outfit is less disclosed, and now consist of a New-Age white cloak, more in the fashion of a pull-over jacket, but straight down the back, rimmed with twelve slashes to make tails... His pants are now.. more natural, matching the jacket with a pair of dark pants.. Flexible and comfortable.
Zanpaktou Manifestation- His blade has reformed as.. Another clock. This large structure stands behind Clokk, an exact copy of the one his Zanpaktou spirit owns.. Except, this time.. She is the actual clock. His spirit manifest as the large "+" shaped clock, beautifully sculpted and a marvel to the eyes of others. This clock is similar to the other, with twelve slices.. Being bigger however.. the clock's slices are layered upon each other like stacked sheets, each layer changing between white and black once a slice is used. There are a large multitude of 'Formations' to be used in this form.. As twelve formations spans over a large time period.
First Stage Abilities:
Time Period~ By holding out his right hand index finger, Clokk will point to a target, letting the clock dissipate a single slice. [Maybe More, Depending On The Size/Range/Power Of The shield..] The slice will reappear in front of Clokk, splitting into transparaent forms of itself from both sides, until a shield is formed... This shield is capable of blocking Bala/Cero/Kidou... But physical attacks are its weakness. One brunt strike will shatter it.~
Clock-Work Destruction~ By holding out his left index finger, Clokk will point to a target and then open his entire hand, holding his palm towards them.. An entire layer of the clock will dissipate, [Varies between Top/Back/Middle/Hidden] and the insignia of the slices will appear on his palm... From his hand, a staff will appear, similar to the one held in his second stage.. But white and black, with scyth blades surrounding the clock head... If the target's Zanpaktou is struck with this too many times, there reiatsu particles will begin to flow slower over time, disrupting there ability to use there Zanpaktou abilities as effectively. [Takes Six Post: Weakens Zanpaktou-Based Abilities/Traits.. Almost reverting them back to there unreleased form in a sense.]~
Clock-Work Deteriation~ Using the new weapon, Clokk will draw clocks [Lol..] and send them towards the direction of his choice.. This technique spreads and eventually evaporates after traveling seven meters, but if somehing is caught within its range.. It slowly begins to 'Decompose', from dying parts... The decomposed part, however, could easily be given 'Life' by flowing newer reiastu from the rest of the body into this area.. [Doing that takes two post... in other words, I'll stop you from using a limb, or something... maybe disable your whole body..]~

He carries an array of watches for each time zone, always set exactly correct.. he also has four stopwatches, some pencils, pieces to a sun-dial and make-shift items normal people.. Would be freaked out about him carrying around.
His cloak itself is an odd accessory.. Very strange and thin, but always on and such...
Skills:
Amazing Tracker- A guy who knows his way around places.. Very precise, and on-time in his movements and motions.. never ever lost... in the literal sense, and the mental sense.
Clock-Work Mindset- Always precise, exact, and extremely on time.. Pretty good at keeping pace of things, and helpful in most situations. A smart man to some, or a fool to others.
Kido-Based Fighter- As suspected, the man is a master of kidou usage.. his means of attacking at nearly all times.

Personality:
Quiet, Comedic, And very.... Weird. Not the natural person, but never changing.. He seems to be a good person at heart, and will never stop his cycle of both strange and helpful moments.. Clokk sees his own personality as others would.. He's never oblivious, so how strange he is.. is obvious to him!
Biography/History:
When Clokk was a teenage boy, he inherited a clock said to be worth.. Way too much money. The clock was old, and dated back to unknown times, and was thought to be.. One of the oldest artifacts to exist.. the Clock, however, was eerie to the spirit-apparent boy.. It was specified to have been a possessed clock.. Clokk usually refuses to say anymore about his past, but he does reveal to anyone asking that he did in fact go through an eternity.. Within seconds.
