rules are...
1) we're going to give you a month to save and get your items... (you may request shorter or longer days/months)
2) the judges will be aizen sama and gin sama.....
3) 60% will be coming from the voters and 40% from the judges....
4) cosplayers needs a picture of the charachter he/she's cosplaying...
cosplayers ready...... your one month starts tomorrow...
