This is where the Trackers of Eddarta's Slave Market meet. Their Leader is a Mysterious Person who goes by "Thys". No one has seen his face, and his voice is distorted so they are not able to tell who he/she really is. Trackers only meet here when a Slave has run away. They decide who goes after him and Thys decides what amount should be paid upon it's return.
