Sasuke stood on a small ledge under the waterfall. The rushing water hit his bare shoulders, his shirt left deeper in the cave behind him where it would stay dry. One hand lazily held his sword as his muscles relaxed, but his guard held strong.

(It's outside Konoha, but still in Fire Country. I saw it in the first Naruto Shippuuden movie. It's Sasuke's secret training area that Oro doesn't know about. It's also how Sasuke gets stronger than Oro, hiding his potential so Oro will put off his body jutsu)

When he was done he left. He had to check in with Orochimaru for training. A training, where he had to hold back so as to decieve Orochimaru. Sasuke was already much stronger than the Sannin, but there were a few more jutsu to learn from the fool.
Sasuke slipped back into his shirt once he was past the waterfall.

Arriving at the waterfalls, Suigintou sat on a cliff by the waterfalls and rested, slowly letting her guard down.

After a bit if meditating, Suigingtou's stomach growled so she head for the Ramen shop.
