Luckily the rest of the ride went along smoothly with no interuptions like it was suppose to have gone in the first place. Vhaidra had made a new sculpture for Lily it was of Luna down perfectly colors and all. She admired her skill for a little bit happy to be able to want to do this from time to time. Vhaidra would have to be getting new colors after a while.
Lily woke up a little later then the rest to find they were almost there. Luna was meowing excessivly screaming she was hungry and that it took too ong for her to wake up. "Ok gosh you know what? Next time I'll leave the door cracked. You can annoy them during breakfast time for food." That seeme dto make Luna happy. "Did I catch lunch time though?" She asked everyone.

The ship was landed now and Balthier came through the galley, "sorry, I am afraid you slept right through it. Plus we are starting to run low again on food. But you should go an explore the city, Shaybah is... and interesting place to say the least. Just don't talk to strangers and walk down alleys and it would just be best in general to stay with someone the entire time." Valen sat in a corner relaxing and drinking a small glass of a very red drink, Balthier decided not to ask what it was. "So, I suppose you won't much like it here and will stay on the ship?"
Valen smiled, "yes, too much sun in Estalia. And this is not my stop.... if you could I would like to visit Drey Wood on our way to Dokkalfur, that is of course if you are still willing to take me there."
Balthier shrugged, "sure, you're still a paying customer. We need stock up on some things, so we will probably leave Shaybah this night, tomorrow morning at the latest. I still want to put some more distance between us and those bounty hunters."
"Very well."
"Vhaidra, Zark, I want you to help me deliver the goods, I received a message when we arrived that we will have to deliver them to the customer. Tira please go shopping for some food... and don't spend all of our money on magazines this time."
"But I need my new copy of Glamorous," she made a pouty face at the captain.
".... work first, and then if you have money left over you can get a magazine."
"Yay! I love you captain!" She hugged him and then skipped out of the room to get ready to head out into the city.
Balthier just shook his head and sighed.
(If Benvolio and Lily want to go with Tira that would be cool, otherwise Valen is just going to stay and watch the ship. And then Balthier, Vhaidra, and Zark are going to have a bit of fun)

Lily wasn't too worried about being alone but she decided to take his advice. "I'll go with you Tira if you don't mind. Plus I wanted to look at some cat toys and cat food insead of Luna eating cake with me. Luna purred and meowed. Although Luna and Lily both knew she would still get some food off the table Lily wouldn't be able to resist her face. "ARe you coming Benvolio?"
Vhaidra secured her pistol in her belt along with her swords. With her and Zark the things would be peices of cake to carry to the guy. "Where to Balthier?" She did hope that she would have time to shop at least a little.
(Don't worry about lily she will buy her own thing she has some money.)

They had to rent a pickup truck to carry all of the crates at once. Balthier was a little happy to have the excuse to rent a car since he didn't drive much on land and it was fun to do once in awhile. They all crammed into the cab of the truck and with Zark it was quite crowded. Balthier drove and Vhaidra had to sit in the middle since she was the smallest of the three.
Tira changed into something a bit more modest and carried no apparent weapons but that didn't mean they weren't there. She also had a bag to carry stuff she bought in. Finally she wore over-sized sunglasses. When asked by Valen about them she said, "Glamorous says they are all the rage in Millore, what do you think?"
"You look... great."
"Thanks!"

Lily picked up Luna and the cat rested on her shoudlers and stayed behind her hair. "All right you get to pick out what you like Luna." She gave the purred cat a pat on the head. "Tira i think its cool you keep up with the trends. Might ask you about them some while we are shopping. Anyways I am sure Balthier know if two girls are going out together we will take a while."
Vhaidra sighed her legs were smushed and cramped,"I call back on the way back to the ship." She was getting growing pains again and thisw was making it feel worse. Vhaidra would have to thank Tira again for that stone because it did wonders for her aches.

" Wait wait my lovelies! Don't forget me!" Running from his room Benvolio quickly made a beeline for the shopping expedition. " I have some things I need to see, and I want to check the local inns. Good looks don't put food on the table. Well at least not without me having to dance in reveling outfits."
Taking in Tira's outing cloths he suddenly started circling her. Looking at her from every angel he could think of. " I think the Captain is right about your reading those magazines. You should stop, you already make their models look like Liches in comparison"
( I hope we have time for me to introduce an NPC . A master Bard I have been working on.)

(yeah, we'll have time. The rest might get into a fight or something, but it won't much affect the rest of their stay)
Tira just giggled at all of the flattery. And then they headed off into the markets of Shaybah.

Fortunately the drive wasn't too long. They arrived at a warehouse in the more modern part of the city and drove into the back. Some men were there and started unloading the crates once they arrived. Zark and Balthier climbed out of the car. Zark stood back as the captain had told him to do, 'an orc carrying as many weapons as you do has a tendency to scare most people' was what Balthier usually said when going to meet a client. It was true, several of the workers glanced nervously at Zark but continued their work.
A man approached Balthier, "the boss is inside," he motioned to the door.
"Vhaidra, Zark," Balthier said, telling them to follow him inside.

Vhaidra gave a small nod and followed behind closely. Something gave her a bad feeling but then again she rather not be in this type of work to begin with treasure hunting and stealing from old tombs was better then mobster and drug work or whatever was in those crates.
People like that tended to give her the creeps.

Lily just smiled at Benvolio and his constant flattery towards the woman around him. Luna was fasinated in anything feathery so lily ended up with a bunch of feathery toys and lots of dry cat food and some snacks for when Luna was good. But of course she was always good in Lily's eyes so Luna would be a fat cat soon.
Lily also hovered over wolf figurines and other things thinking others didn't notice.

They were escorted into the building and through several rooms and eventually up some stairs. Finally they came to a pleasantly lit hall and several sheets draped from the ceiling that they had to pass through. When they came to the room there was a very large man that looked like he probably never left his bed, rarely if ever fully dressed, and ate all the time. Several attractive young girls were next draped around him which made the sight even more disgusting. It took all of Balthier's effort to not look disgusted, "so we are here for our payment for transporting your goods."
The large man was eating a whole chicken, not even bothering to cut off pieces, just holding as if it were corn on the cob. Between bites he managed to say, "ah yes- come here- Lydia- pay the man."
One of the girls next to him got up and took a suitcase out from underneath the bed and brought it to Balthier and then she went back to her seat.

Vhaidra averted her eyes, she couldn't stand what some people would do because others had money. Vhaidra didn't care how rich the guy was.. she would never go down to this level as to hang around him all day like they did. But she didn't say anything she just stayed beside Balthier making sure no trouble would come out of this.

Balthier opened the brief case only to find it was empty, he looked up at the fat man who smiled and then started to laugh. Balthier immediately tossed aside the briefcase and went for his weapon but the fat man could move his arms pretty fast and he bit a lever that opened a trap hole under the carpet that Vhaidra, Zark, and him were standing on. They fell 20 feet and landed hard all on top of each other in a sandy floored cave. Balthier was first to his feet and he fired a couple shots back up at the fat man, but of course there was a magic shield in place.
Then in the dark recesses of the cave was heard a low growl. Two yellow gleaming eyes were staring back at them. As it approached more of it could be seen, it was a minotaur.

Vhaidra took a moment to push Zark off herself and pop her back as it appeared that she was going to have more then a couple of bruises. Her eyes caught onto the creature and she pulled out her hand gun she knew it would come to swords too soon and she didn't want it too get a good hand on her.
Even though she was achin she grew her wings and changed compltely she would kill that fat guy if she ever got a chance to. Glaring at the minotaur and blaming it for her new bruises she fire a few shots at it.

As they walked the Bazaar Benvolio's ears perked up. He kept hearing snatches of a name. Then he saw the poster. A beaten raged hand drawn thing. Ripping the sign down he excitedly waved Lily and Tira over. "Lily you have to see this. It's my master. He is playing in town. We have to go see him."
