Can't believe no one has mentioned it yet, so I will: The Sartorialist

Along similar lines is Face Hunter

I like these because it's more than nice clothes or amazing style; I like the different personalities apparent and the fact that the pictures are taken all over the globe and the range of all ages (from infants to the very elderly!) and races and styles depicted.

There is also College Fashion which has a list of twenty great fashion blogs.
