Okay, I'll do mine to start..
I'm super thankful my mom got a job today! She was at her last one for two years, doing book keeping type things... but the business fell under (oh economy).
I'm not thankful that this probably doesn't have any immediate effect on my lack of health insurance.

I am thankful that my constant hunger pains are starting to go away and that I'll be getting paid soon.
I'm not thankful for my parents dog which has been keeping on getting into the trash and last night he chew up one of my slippers( and they were the ones I liked).

I'm thankful it's summer break.
I'm not so thankful for this coming and going 'sickness', not sure what to term it.
I'm thankful things are going generally smooth in life overall.

i'm thankful that most of my family is less than a half-day's drive away. being able to see them more often is definately a plus!
i am not thankful for my cousin's cat who tried to bite me yesterday

I'm thankful for fall being here in just a few months.
I'm not thankful for the horrible sunburn and the insane amount of humidity.

Eck. Sunburns suck sad Sad day.
I'm not thankful my grandmother felt she had to tell me about her miscarraige, and that she either argues with me or gets bent out of shape if I ever say anything about what doctors tell me not to do or to expect that she didn't deal with. Times have *@#$!*@# changed. Not to mention the first question she asks me any time she sees me is if I've gained weight (I lost a lot of weight during my morning sickness stage). It's gotten REALLY old.
I am thankful that everyone has happy thankfuls biggrin glad to see a happy bunch here.
I'm also thankful this thread caught on at least a little bit... I kept checking back to see if people replied biggrin

I'm thankful that my dog, Lady, had a good check up at the vet's today. They amputated her toe which had a horrid growth on it last Thursday. Today they changed the bandages and its healing pretty well. Her pain is MUCH LESS...thank heavens!
