He peered around,letting his eyes take in the sight of the ofices fixtures. In the far corner was his desk, and there were two chairs facing inward towards the desk for guest to the Jyuusanbantai. Behind the desk was a single window, that through it the Jyuusanbantai River could be seen curling to the front of the Division. In the middle of the office sat a single couch just a few feet form a wooden table. On the far wall was a cabinet, borderd on either side by two large Kanji scrolls. The one on the right read:

The one to the left read:

Rei breathed in deep to calm himself. The moment seemed all to surreal to him. He slowly approached the desk. On it was a folded white garment, and on that was a piece of parchment. Rei lifted the note that read:
Congratulations Reinosuke Kamakatsuki, on your promotion the the Jyuusanbanti Taichou position. Your efforts have finally paid off, with your attainment of this position of Honor. We the Central 46 expect you will continue to exhibit your ability to satisfy the demands of your government, and your military. We have faith that you will not fail us Kamatsuki Taichou.
Rei folded the note and placed it back on his desk. He then reached for the garment, lifting it and letting it unravel itself. As he gazed upon the Sleevless white Haori that bared the Kanji symbol "Jyuu" between the shoulders. He slid it on over his shoulders, letting it drape over his Kosode, and down to his shins. He headed out the office to look at the city he loved for the first time as its Jyuusanbantai Taichou.
