the rain shinobi nods and keeps walking untill they get to a huge building the door opens and they walk in and there is a elevator they go in to it and it brings them up to the top floor of the building as the elevator gose up one of the walls is glass and you can see the whole village.

the arive at the top floor and the doors open there is i big office with a big dest and huge chair faceing a huge window looking out the other side of the village."...so youv come.." a voice came from the chair.
