If you decide to make a Lotto (Lottery), when the Lotto ends, you MUST pay ALL of the winners their FULL prizes. If you don't pay them, you will be banned from this Guild. This same rule applies to Competitions.Not only is this unfair to other people, but would you really want someone doing that to YOU? This room is ONLY for Competitions and Lotto's.
