 It was dark inside, the sun was always such a bother in summer. Or spring. Or whatever damn season it happened to be.
Not because of the heat. Heat never bothered him.
It was the shine. The bright, shiny ball of light always beaming in through his window and ruining his nice, quiet dark. The helmet always helped with that. But that was currently four feet away on a table near the drape-covered window. And he was relaxed. So it didn't matter.
Massive, sculpted arms folded behind his mess of spiked black hair. Blank eyes closed, enjoying the cool, crisp silence. It was a rarity at the Order, what with Komui and his gaggle of idiots blowing things up every couple of hours, new exorcists being dragged in, forced up, and trained every day...or that damn Monkey of Klaud's would find it's way onto him somehow and use his face, arms and shoulders as it's personal playground.
So this was...nice.
As far up his alley as chaos and explosions and violence were, Sokaro was tired, sore, and taking a breather from his previous mission. Which was fun. It was always fun killing those sorry S.O.Bs when he got the opportunity. It was the traveling that wore him out. It was always long, boring, and, unless in the right company, extremely business-y. There was never any spontaneity with finders. All of them unable to defend themselves without an exorcist. Never could afford any fun.
He kicked off his boots, letting them fall heavily onto the floor of his dwelling. He decided he'd let himself sleep for about an hour, undisturbed, then figure out what he'd use the remainder of his day for.
Until then, Komui and his band of minions could wait.
