HEY yall do any of you guys draw lolita? I've tried....mostly failed though so if any of you guys can give me tips or show me some of your drawings that would be greatly appreciated...and no worries I DON'T plan on copying anyones ideas or drawing cuz I know that would annoy the crap out of me... mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen

I don't draw lolita myself, but I certainly think they're cute! 4laugh my advice is try not to be too clichéd because lolita are obviously a popular subject to draw, so a lot of things have already been done with them. Just try to keep it fresh and interesting smile

I've been feeling so alone.

Lolita is based on innocence or gothic. It's one extreme or another. Usual color schemes are: White/Black White/Pink White/Blue Black/Blue Black/Pink Black/Red, and so on. The usual Lolita has the aire of innocence. I usually draw them with bloomers that JUST peek out from underneath a hoop-skirt dress. Corsets are a must, too. Ribbons and bows add a special touch, too.

I guess these are kind of lolita-ish. ._.
The key is to draw lots of poofy things, lace, bows, et cetera.
Detail is a must too. ._.

I find this very ironic, considering where the term "lolita" comes from, and what it is supposed to mean XD
