A surprise party for Yume has been planned, and the characters are now setting it up.
It's also a bit of fun to help the others forget about what happened before.
Someone will get Yume when it is finished. <3

Ritsuko walked into the room where the party was being set up.
" What's going on here?" Takyua asked eyeing the party favors and drinks.
" A surprise party for Yume!" Ri said walking over to help set up banners.

Abby was setting up the plates.
"Be careful up there!" She heard Lenalee call out to a Finder, who was tying the banner that said, "Happy Birthday, Yume!" on the ceiling.
"Reminds me of old times," said William as he helped Abby with the plates.
"You mean back when you were an Exorcist?"
"Yep. Although, I didn't really wish anyone a happy birthday. I just stole the cake most of the time."
"What a party crasher you were, Will..."

Ritsuko jumped off of a ladder and began to fill the cups.
" Takyua, gimme that please." She said pointing to the stack of cups. He did as he was told as he went to help the finder.

Abby looked around.
"Do you think we'll need balloons?" she asked William.
"Can we get the ones with helium?" he asked, grinning.
"You're such a clown!" Abby laughed, knowing too well what he wanted to do.

"Except for the fact that I'm not a jerk anymore," grinned William. "Hey, remember that one time, when one of the Exorcists had a birthday party, I inhaled one of the helium balloons and imitated Marian Cross?" William had to hold back his own laughter.

" Yeah, I remember! He wasn't exactly happy when he found out!" He said.

William started laughing.
"Get back to work, you two!" said Abby. She couldn't help but smile as she watched those two goof around. She walked over to Ritsuko. "Man, our brothers are such screwballs."

Ri nodded while she laughed.
" At least they aren't getting into trouble right now." She said as she filled the last cup. Takyua looked at the two.
" Oh c'mon! Like you haven't gotten into trouble, Ri!" He said as he tried to find something to do.
" Not like you..." She muttered.

"Speaking of trouble..." Abby looked around the room as she placed the last plate. "Where'd Kanda run off to? I thought he was going to help..."
"I think I saw him walking to his room," said Lenalee. Abby huffed.
"Some help he is!"

" I think he's asleep. I'll get him in a minute. It's almost time to get Yume anyways!" She said standing at the door and examining the room. She sighed and turned for the door.
" Well, I'll go get Kanda... Abby, Lenalee, make sure Will and Takyua don't breathe the helium. Who know's what'll happen at that point..." She said shaking her head and running down the hall.

William and Takyua grinned at each other. Abby and Lenalee smacked them at the back of their heads.

Ritsuko returned to the room a short time later, still dragging Kanda behind her. He rubbed his eyes again and put up his hair.
" Oi, Moyashi. What's goin on?" He said slouching in a chair.
" Yume's birthday you idiot!" She said hitting him upside the head. He glared at her. Takyua snuck behind his sister with a baloon and took a deep breath.
" C'mon Ri! Have some fun!" He said in a squeaky voice. She hit him over the head too.
