Satoshi entered his office, closing his eyes as he took in a deep breath Satoshi removed his shoes and walked on the polished wood with his tabi. Satoshi opened his eyes as he walked over to his desk and began to finish sorting out the paper work that was left over from the start of the Captain's meeting. Satoshi didn't want his Captain to have too much work to do so he had already took the liberty in splitting everything into piles for what needed her signature or her initials. Satoshi sighed as he placed two pens on the large piles of paper. "The meeting should be over by now. Where is she?" "The trick is in what one emphasizes."

Lately Takashi felt he needed to be more connected in Soul Society. He wanted to go around and meet some new people. He thought he would start by meeting the new Vice Captain of Squad 6. Out of all the Squads other than his, Takashi favored the 2nd and 6th Squad. He was in both Squads and learned great things in them. Takashi, at one time being a Vice Captain of Squad 6 wanted to meet the new Vice. A portal opened up on the ground right inside the room in front of the door. Two black shadow wolves jumped out of the portal and walked to the Vice Captain's desk, one on the right side, one at the left. Takashi walked out of the portal like he was climbing up a flight of stairs. "Hi there!" Takashi said excitedly. "You must be the new Vice Captain!" he said while examining the man at the desk. Takashi walked to the desk, in the middle of his pets. "I'm Takashi! And you must be...?" Takashi waited for the man to answer.

Satoshi didn't look up at the man all he did was point to the wall with a brief summer about himself and what they did in the Sixth Division. "If your from the Academy and its your final year and you are thinking about joining the Sixth Division please fill that out and put it in the box next to the door." he said as he signed a few papers in place of his Captain and moved them to another pile. "The trick is in what one emphasizes."

Not finding any one at the training grounds the taicho knocked persistantly on the vice captain's office door. She had just recently replaced her former vice captain whom was bumped down to her third. she felt bad about it but the third seat could always spar against his new rival and prove ieba wrong. until that day came her lieutenants name was satoshi hiwatari.
"Hiwatari kun, it's Ieba, May i come in?" She spoke through the door. She didint expect him to give her a no. She had yet to actually meet the boy but she heard things about him. Like that he was big enough he'd be able to rip her in pieces. Of course Ieba thought that, his academy teachers were exaggerating and just meant that he knew how to fight, not that he was actually resembling to a beast.
"Got orders from the top to start your bankai training!" she continued to say through the door. She had no idea that someone was inside along with hiwatari.

Satoshi placed the pen down and looked up at Takashi. "Ieba-Taicho please enter. There some kid in here and I think he wants to join the Division, also I took all the mail and extra paper work from your office and finished it. I hope you don't mind. " He said as he stoop up and opened the door for her and gave a gentleman's bow. "Welcome back Taicho. Satoshi Hiwatari at your service." he said as his hair covered his eyes. "The trick is in what one emphasizes."

Takashi frowned. The man was much too serious of a person. And he thought Takashi was an Academy student. Takashi then smiled at that thought. He watched the man get the door. Takashi sat on the front of his desk and faced the door where the man was going. "Well let me re-introduce myself then." The two wolves laid down next to Takashi. "I am Takashi Hiashi, Captain of Squad 7 of the Thirteen Court Guard Squads." He just smiled. "Oh! And these are my adorable pets!" he said, smiling at the two wolves.

Turning around as he heard the name of the young man he got on a knee. "Forgive me Hiashi-Taicho, I was unaware you were going to stop by today, if you both would excuse me I will go prepare some tea right away. Taicho if its alright I think we should have this meeting outside. Its a lovely day today." he said as he stood and bowed to her once again. "The trick is in what one emphasizes."

Flower made his way towards the Vice Captain's office lazily, singing 'Kandi' the whole way. His hands were swinging at his sides, zanpakutou in his right, notebook in his left. He could feel many different spiritual pressures in the office, but blew them off. He was only checking to make sure Satoshi was in the room. Stopping his song for a few seconds, Flower smiled.
Busting into the office loudly, Flower opened his mouth. "Oi! Satoshi-a**---" he cut himself off when he saw the two other people. One had two wolves at his sides, while the other was a woman. Flower immediately recognized the woman to be the Squad Six captain, but the other man was a mystery. Judging from his spiritual pressure, Flower figured he was a captain. "Did I interrupt something?" he asked confusedly and tilted his head to the side.

Ieba entered seeing the seventh squad captain and bowed her head in a greeting. Then did the same towards her new vice captain, he was either a pashionate young one, he wanted to impress her, or he was a kiss a**, which meant the second was added in.
"Of course i dont mind, however i would have rather you been training" She stated. She wasent telling him that it was bad to do her work for her but more so that she loved the thought but also that his training would be very important. She glanced at his bulging arms. Big, bug i still dont think he could rip me in half She thought to herself. More reason why this setting should change. she would love to see if he was really a savage or if those gun's were all for show.
"Tea wont be necessary, However by the offer i have realized you really are a kiss a**, or your simply very formal. Both are fine, but as i said, i'd like to get to work on some training." She said to him before shifting her head to the seventh squad taicho.
"My apologies for rushing out soon after you've gotten here, perhaps i can assist to what you've come here for as my lieutenant runs off to the training grounds" She inquired while still hoping that hiwatari would take the hint.
A new face came rushing in.
"Konichiwa!" The taicho spoke to the boy whom barged in.
"Only partially" She spoke simply to his question about interruption.

Satoshi closed his eyes trying to ignore the fact he even knew Flower. "Ieba-Taicho...please don't be fooled by the way I speak. My parents were apart of this Division years ago and they told me to be polite to the Captain or expect Hell. If it wasn't for that I might have attempted to cut you in two." He said walking passed Flower. "Another thing, the pile on the right needs your signature. If I were you I would get right on it. The stuff of the left I will send off to the Ninth Division once our training is over." Satoshi sounded more like a Captain now, barking out orders forgetting his place at times was one of his downfalls. Satoshi then turned to his Captain and his violet eyes that held a cool passionate fill to them turned to what looked like a flame burning in his eyes. "Don't call me a kiss a** ever again, or it will be the last of me being nice." he said as his voice darken and he began to walk down the hall. Satoshi placed his right hand in his hair and moved it from his eyes. "Those who speak down on other with out knowing the other person are weak. Those who deem themselves stronger than another are as weak as you get, due to the fact there is always someone stronger and faster than you." he said as he kept walking getting further and further from his office door. "The trick is in what one emphasizes."

Listening to the Ieba, Flower snickered, but otherwise just perked up. "Oh he has been training! He's been using me as a punching bag! See!" he yelled happily and flashed his right arm that was laced with fresh looking scars from Satoshi's shikai attacks. The way he showed off his new scars could almost seem like he was proud of getting beat up, but in his mind, Flower saw them as reasons to get stronger, just so he could leave a few marks on Satoshi.
Watching Satoshi closely, the blond pouted. "Hey jerkwad, why ya ignorin' me?!" he yelled as the silver haired man walked right past him.

"i'm sorry it seams my first impression on you isint as i hoped it would be" She said with a frown. she was glad that his parents scared him into being polite though.
"I was joking, about the kiss a** comment, though i'll be sure to keep that in mind" She found it interesting that he was able to use his size and intimidation factor in order to slightly boss around the captain but she only smiled. She wasn't going to start something of this. this behavior wasent a problem for her atleast not yet if he wasent just a tad bit angry that she suggested the possibility he was a kiss a**, and that this truly were his personality qhich was quite different than the dashing guy that did all her paper work for her then she'd have to suggest he find a medial ground, but as of yet he hadent proved that to be true.
She was a tad bit confused when he suggested she finish the paper work imidiatley.
"Theres always time for tasks like that later, Unless of course your training with that guy was intense beyond my wildest dreams, and the only thing you are able to manage is boring office work?" She questioned. "Because if your truly wiped out i could leave you alone, i wouldn't want to be a nag." she sighed. She'd take her stack of papers she needed to sign off on back to her office when she left.
It would be a bit disappointing for her if that was the case but she could always find the third seat and polish him up a bit.

"That's quite alright kid. I might forgive ya'." Takashi said sarcastically while smiling. Takashi saw what appeared to be the Captain of the 6th Squad and he acknowledged her greeting by bowing as well, crossing his right arm across his chest. Takashi glanced at the new person to come in right after the Captain. "Hello there! I'm Takashi Hiashi, Captain of Squad 7. And who might you be?" The greeting was more directed towards the newcomer, but it was also slightly directed toward the Captain that he had not yet met. "I came here for nothing in particular." Turning his gaze to the Captain. "I was hoping I'd meet you and your Vice, as I am unfamiliar with both of you." Takashi smiled at the Vice as he was leaving. "And those who lecture someone of a higher authority, are secretly weak." Takashi smirked.
