A soft breeze was blowing, slowly across the lake. The sun shone brightly, and the trees whispered. The lake sighed softly as the wind caused it to move in different directions. Makato opened his eyes from the little nap he was having and sat up. He looked around to see if anyone was present. "..." "...Well, I might as well practise then." He stood, hands clasped together. "...water...what is thy trouble?" He whispered quietly as the wind carried his words away. The water sighed once more, the lake itself seeming to get larger. A blu-ish white, slender woman spirit rose from the water. "Oh...it's you Makato. Well...I feel as if a new prescence has come here...and it will be staying for a while." Makato unclasped his hands and sat on the ground. He comunicated with the spirit using telepathy. "If that's so, then why are you worried? Is it evil?" The wind blew harder suddenly, and a little boy spirit emerged from the sky. "We are not certain. I have seen it. I do not think it is dangerous in any shape or form." Makato looked up at the air spirit. "So...where was this new prescence?" He asked, hoping it wasn't near the place he dread the most. Makato shivered and hugged his knees. The air spirit floated down in front of him and grinned. "Kinomoto's house." Makato looked up when he heard that name. "...She goes to my school. Maybe, I should pay a visit." The ground rumbled abrutly and Makato looked down. A large, burly man shaped spirit rose. His voice deep and forceful. "...No." Makato was confused. the earth spirit never really said much, but Makato often understood what he was saying. He then took out a match and lit it - possibly the fire spirit would know why. The flame danced on the wind and a girl with two ponytails wofted out. "He's trying to say, you should approach him and Sakura at school." She then vanished. Makato bit his lip. School. He hated that place. "...thank you for your guidance." Makato clapped his hands and all of the spirits vanished. The boy stood and brushed off his pants. He bowed towards the lake and then turned. "...homeward bound..." The breeze slowly faded as Makato passed the trees, and their leaves moved back and forth slowly, some falling down. "...Sakura..."

Eriol went out of Kaho Mizuki's place and fixed his glasses and smiled... He was now back at Tomoeda and can't wait to see all of his associates especially Sakura Kinomoto... He wanted to know what had happen when he went back to England. So he walked out out and call out his staff, "Oh key that conceals the power of darkness, reveal your true nature to me. I command you... Release." A golden sun shaped staff appeared in front of him and he grabbed it with his right hand... He began to chant a spell and vanished into thin air...

Makato stood. He felt how the elements were around them, in complete peace. He wondered who this girl was, but of course, he had only been in Tomoeda for a week or so, so he still didn't know a lot of people. His spirit gaurdian, completely invisible to anyone else was staring at him. He was making faces at the girl and Makato laughed. He then noticed he was laughing out of no where and apologized. "Oh-oh...I'm sorry." He smiled weakly and bit his lip.

"Kinomoto!" "Uhhm...yes, I am new here." He bowed back and smiled. He then looked away. "Say... you wouldn't to know Sakura Kinomoto, would you?" He moved his messy hair out of his eyes and stared into her soul. She seemed like a nice girl. "Maybe I can trust her."

"No kidding? I see. I go to school with her." He pointed off in the direction of where the school stood. "I was going to the residential district anyway, would you like to acompany me April?" He took a few steps past her and looked back.

"NO!" Makato was surprised she'd ask that and looked away. He bit his lip; what kind of question is that anyway? He shook his head and looked ahead. "DO YOU?" He said sarcastically.

"Wha..wait, what!?" Makato caught up her fast walking. "Why! I don't!" He glared at her and looked away. "Sheesh...I don't..."
