I wonder what their names should be.... any suggestions?

♥ | As far as know, they were not named, were they? Just double-checking that I recall correctly; I seem to remember wondering myself as well. sweatdrop

Well, Miroku is name referring to the bodhisattva in Buddhist theology who comes to earth and attains enlightenment. This name suits Miroku, considering that he is a Buddhist monk.

On the other hand, Sango means "coral," and it seems that naming children after random nouns is a bit of a pattern in Sango's family as Kohaku means "amber" and even Kirara means "mica" (a type of mineral).

But since Miroku's curse is lifted, I wouldn't see why he would continue to name his children after elements of Buddhist theology (it wasn't as if he was much of a monk in the first place) -- so I imagine he and Sango would name their children after more random nouns, like Sasu (reef) or Seki (barrier / house / etc.). At least that is the best I could come up with on the spot. Lol. | ♥

♥ | Ah...thanks. sweatdrop I've done my research, and I'm working on the Japanese. Unfortunately, I am positive that language skills is not all it takes to run a guild, but I do try. confused | ♥

You're taking japanese W'nnabe?

♥ | Ah, no. No official lessons or anything. I just have my unofficial dictionary and a few online sources, and I read a few manga with their original Japanese texts, which is where I have picked up most of my basic vocabulary. Eventually I plan to do further study of the kanji and later the dialect, but with how much effort and time that takes...well, my skills will probably be mediocre for a while. xd | ♥

I see, I invested in Rosetta Stone (now I'm $500 poorer) and I LOVE IT! Its kinda almost worth it because you get everything, the dialect, the writing (all three might I add) and the vocabulary/sentence structure! You should look into that perhaps.

♥ | Ah, yes. I've looked into Rosetta Stone before. I'm just not the kind of person to splurge hundred of dollars over for a computer program, though. xd (If I was, I would probably own Photoshop, Sony Vegas, Rosetta Stone, and a real copy of Windows XP...these are things I dream about....)

I used to have this program that went through and made you memorize a bunch of words. It would say the words and everything. I wonder if I could find that CD...I forget what it was called, but it was something I had in sixth grade or something. | ♥
