SWA -- Shinigami Women's Assosciation. Where all the female shinigami get together and discuss very important matters! (Read As: They slack off and pretend that they're doing something really important.)
SMA -- Shinigami Men's Assosciation. Basically the same as the SWA, though they get less funding. (Don't ask why. They just do. xD)
