Every Akatsuki member knows of this hidden secret entrance, no one else knows about it. This entrance is activated safely if the member presents his/her ring to a scanner that is also hidden, which will stop the traps, the trap door will not activate if the ring is presented, which leads to a safe passage to the entrance of the Akatsuki Hideout, if you don't present the ring, the traps wont be safely deactivated, and the trap door wont be visible till you fall through it to your doom.

Rena showed up in a flash of lightning in his AmeKage outfit. he moved the vines that hid the scanner and flashed his ring. he then went through the defence tower to the Akatsuki base entrance safely not triggering any traps.
