yes, I don't think anyone should watch it if they are young, have a really weak heart for dogs, or just don't like gore and blood u know?

I'd think so, seeing as there's a lot of blood and ... Hiro ... but I know an eleven-year-old girl who watched the whole Ginga series and thought it was the awesomest thing ever.

I say it wasn't voilent enough like the 80's Ginga cuz they knew kids were some how gonna watch it on TV e_e It should had been as violent (and i excepted it to be) as Ginga Nagarebosi Gin (even though GNG ended up being banned & censored in some countries xp )
Well anyways, if i would had seen the anime as a child, i knew i would had loved it whee im 17 now: (my 7year old sis likes it and my 42 year old dad loves it 3nodding ) I just dont recommend it to kids/tweens who are going though a obsession with violence stage stare (elifin lied & higarashi are anime victims for those children talk2hand )

theres really no use in protecting kids anymore because all we are growing up in is the stupid war and stuff so all it pretty much is the dog verson of whats going on now

Well, as long as they can handle blood, violence, and strong language, it's fine.
Take me for an example: I'm not really that old enough to be watching stuff like this, but I can handle blood and violence. Strong language isn't much of a deal to me either.
So as long as people can handle all the stuff in GDW, they can watch it!

Definitely NOT! The language, the blood, the...you get my point. A young child or even a preteen would be learning these horrible words. It's best to leave it Teen and older.
