The Byakugan The Byakugan ("Evil Eye" or "All Seeing white Eye"; Literally meaning "White Eye") is a genetic trait that is shared amongst the members of the Hyuga Clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes (Neji's and Hinata's eyes seem to have tints of lavender and blue-gray, respectively). Although it is not stated directly, it is assumed that all members of the Hyuga family possess the Byakugan. It is a common, but not proven belief that the Sharingan is a genetic offshoot of the Byakugan. 
However, one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see the chakra circulation system inside of another's body. The Byakugan has also shown the ability to see what a person's chakra type is, by looking into someone's chakra points. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the Chakra Pathway System, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defense against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting.
Particularly skilled users of the Byakugan, which appear only rarely, such as Neji Hyuga, can take the Gentle Fist style one step further. Along the keirakurei are 361 pinprick-sized nodes called Tenketsu, or chakra points. When struck, these tenketsu will seal off, which close the opening points from which chakra is emitted. Thus, with precision, all those points along the victim's body can be sealed, stopping the chakra flow to those areas. Most of the Hyuga clan cannot even perform this because the Tenketsu are too small to see. Neji Hyuga is the rare exception, having taught himself the ultimate Hyuga technique, Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, along with Hinata Hyuga, who was not able to do 64 palms like Neji, but she is able to do Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms, a slightly weaker version of Neji's, albeit only in the anime. In his battle against Kidomaru, Neji attacked with Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms. Able to strike without force, and yet do more damage to a ninja than some of the most powerful Ninjutsu, the Gentle Fist is the greatest Taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.

The Tendrills Threadings bloodline This is a very strange unknown bloodline That allows the body to realse threads at will that can rip out the heart of a person's Body Stealing a person's elemental ability and being able to use it permanantly, these Hearts are then sown to the body and can be seen alot of the time, These hearts can also be Destoryed but that will not kill the person. the owner's of this bloodling will not die until there heart is destroyed. the people of this bloodline tend to be very clumsy and when they attack may cause damage to partner's or team mate. Each heart attached truns the Element black but still is the real element. This bloodtrait can also be used to sew up other peoples body parts, liek Hidan's head was decapitated and Kakuzu sewed it back on.

This technique transforms the user's body to something similar of a rag-doll, held together by hundreds of thick black threads. Kakuzu is able to manipulate these threads for many purposes. He is capable of sewing up any injuries that he or others may suffer. However, it appears that this is limited, since he warns Hidan not to move his head too much after he had sewed it back on, saying it might fall off again. He can detach part of his limbs and manipulate them, to the point that he can even send them underground, and then reattach them when he is done with them. He can also use these threads to sew up damaged bodies of others, as demonstrated with Deidara's arms and Hidan's head.
MasksKakuzu's animal masks, which resemble those of ANBU, contain his spare hearts. If he takes use of the heart for himself the masks crumble into dust.
Earth mask: It is unknown what animal this mask is, as it was destroyed before it could be seen, but the heart has an earth-affinity. It allows Kakuzu to use Earth Release: Earth Spear. In the anime, even though this mask was destroyed, Kakuzu was still able to use the Earth Spear technique.
Tiger-like mask: This heart has a fire-affinity and it takes on the shape of a demonic tiger. It can use Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work. This mask can also unite with the Eagle-mask to launch a fire-wind dual strike that is near unstoppable.
Bull-like mask: This heart has a lightning-affinity and it takes on the shape of a some sort of deformed bipedal. It can use Lightning Release: False Darkness.
Eagle-like mask: This heart has a wind-affinity and it takes on a strange four-legged body with thin wings. It can use Wind Release: Pressure Damage. It can unite with the Tiger-mask to launch a fire-wind dual strike that is near unstoppable.
Water: In the anime, using the fifth heart stored in his body, Kakuzu could use water-based jutsu. Kakuzu uses Water Encampment wall when Shikamaru throws a Exploding badge at him.

Sharingan 
The Sharingan's second most prominent ability grants the user incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows them to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lips or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves this ability extends to being able to track fast moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. Even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, they may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's final ability is capable of a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through simple eye contact. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes, even before they do, making it appear as if the user can see the future. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further by tricking or even trapping their opponent within an illusion. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing Genjutsu.

Stage 2
Mangekyo Sharingan
The Mangekyo Sharingan (Mangekyō Sharingan; Literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye") is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyo Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyo Sharingan differs from user to user; Kakashi Hatake's and Itachi Uchiha's both resemble pinwheels, Madara Uchiha's and his brother, Izuna's look more like a detailed form of the basic three-tomoe Sharingan, and Sasuke Uchiha's looks like a star. To acquire the Mangekyo Sharingan, someone close to a Sharingan user must die and the emotion of the loss is responsible for its unlocking. To expedite this occurrence, most Uchiha throughout history have killed their closest friends or family members in order to meet this criteria. Although, how Kakashi gained his Mangekyo Sharingan has yet to be explained.
The Mangekyo Sharingan gives a user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. It is unclear if these techniques are unique among individuals; no two Mangekyo Sharingan users have been seen using the same jutsu, but Madara appears knowledgeable of all Mangekyo Sharingan techniques. The only known exception to this is Amaterasu, which Itachi implants in Sasuke's eyes before dying.
Over time, use of the Mangekyo Sharingan deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of one's sibling (who also wields the Sharingan) can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan). Only three characters still alive in the series possess a Mangekyo Sharingan: Kakashi Hatake, Madara Uchiha, and Sasuke Uchiha.

Itachi Uchiha gains the Mangekyo Sharingan by killing his best friend, Shisui. With the Mangekyo Sharingan, Itachi is able to use at least three (and the most, as of yet) of the most powerful jutsu. The first is Tsukuyomi, an extremely powerful genjutsu which allows him to torture opponents for what seems like days in a matter of moments. The second technique is Amaterasu, a powerful ninjutsu, which creates virtually inextinguishable black flames at the user's focal point that continue to burn until the target is reduced to ash. The last of these techniques is Susanoo, which allows Itachi to summon a massive ethereal warrior, which then fights on behalf of Itachi and shields him from all attacks, and rendering Itachi essentially invincible.
All of these techniques use massive amounts of Itachi's chakra and, in addition to damaging his eyesight, put a great deal of strain in his body. During his battle with Sasuke, Itachi's eyes are even shown bleeding after using the Mangekyo. He also tells Sasuke that he wants to take his eyes so that he can restore his eyesight to its former glory. During the resulting battle, Zetsu notes that Itachi's "Left Mangekyo" possesses the Tsukuyomi, while the "Right Mangekyo" possesses the Amaterasu.

Kakashi Hatake develops his own version of the Mangekyo Sharingan during the timeskip. Kakashi masters a technique that creates a localized interdimensional space-time ninjutsu called Kamui, allowing him to target any object and send it to another dimension. The attack requires considerable effort to aim precisely and appears to leave Kakashi's chakra significantly drained; he collapses after using the technique three times even at full strength in a single day. It is not known how he awakens his Mangekyo Sharingan, as he states long before he acquires it that everyone close to him was dead.

Madara Uchiha is the first Uchiha to gain the Mangekyo Sharingan. His Mangekyo took the form of a ring with three circular holes in it. He eventually grew blind from overusing it, and only by taking his younger brother, Izuna's eyes did he regain his sight. This also gave him an "Eternal" Mangekyo Sharingan that gave him great power. His Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan looks identical in appearance to Madara's first Mangekyo combined with Izuna's Mangekyo.
Madara, posing as Tobi, has shown using an unnamed space/time ninjutsu which makes him nearly invulnerable and allows him to teleport to different places at will very quickly, but it's unclear if this is a result of his Mangekyo Sharingan. He can also put out the so-called inextinguishable flames of Amaterasu quite easily.
In the past, Madara was able to use his Mangekyo Sharingan to control the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox like a pet. He has since claimed that gathering the nine tailed beasts will return his eyes to their former glory, suggesting his Sharingan have become damaged.

Izuna Uchiha acquires his Mangekyo Sharingan soon after Madara did. His took the appearance of three bars stretching out of his pupil. Madara later took Izuna's eyes to regain his lost vision. However, that is only what Itachi said. In Madara's story, Izuna volunteered to give him his eyes for the clan's sake.

Sasuke Uchiha awakens his Mangekyo Sharingan after the death of his older brother, Itachi. Sasuke's Mangekyo takes the appearance of a six-sided star often resembling the atomic model. Unlike other Sharingan, which have a black design and red background, Sasuke's Mangekyo is the first one that is shown to have a red design and a black background.
The only unique ability that Sasuke has displayed using the Mangekyo is Amaterasu, which Itachi implanted within his eyes before his death. When Sasuke first uses it unintentionally against Madara, his eyes take the appearance of Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan. When he later uses it on his own, they take the form of his own Mangekyo Sharingan. He suffers from the same drawbacks from using it as Itachi did, and his eyesight has similarly started to corrode. Sasuke has also been seen using genjutsu with his Mangekyo Sharingan, though it has yet to be named.
Special Abilities: able to produce a chakra shield that blocks any jutsu, can only use once every 5 posts. Also able to see any taijutsu attack and counter it.

The Eternal Mangekyou is created by taking another person's Mangekyou Sharigan and fusing it with yours. Like Uchiha Madara when he took his borthers, to stop the blindness that was consuming him. This stops the Blindness and gives you whatever Sharingan jutsus or abilities they once knew.

Shikotsumyaku Shikotsumyaku is the kekkei genkai of the extinct Kaguya clan. They had free control over the cells responsible for bone growth and replacement, allowing them to manipulate their bones at will. They could protrude their bones out through their skin, change their bone density, and could even completely regenerate a lost bone. All this makes their bodies virtually indestructible, and any point of contact on the body could become as sharp as a spear tip, giving them a nearly perfect defense.

Deidara was very intelligent, often using tricks, misdirection, and calculated gambles to get his explosives in range of an opponent, like he did in the fight against Gaara, putting clay into Gaara's sand when it destroyed his arm. As a long-range specialist, he was weaker in close combat, but skilled enough to hold off a close combat battle with specialists like Team Guy, handling a kunai in his mouth, and had a variety of techniques in his arsenal to escape close quarters when necessary. Deidara's abilities were well recognized within Akatsuki and the leader, Pain, openly admitted that he was something unique, and that his loss was a major blow to the group.
Exploding Clay- A fancy and skillful fighter, Deidara possessed special mouths in the palm of each hand to create Exploding Clay, chakra infused clay that detonates with the command Katsu and a single-hand hand seal. This clay could be molded into a wide variety of shapes and forms, growing to large sizes when infused with chakra (with Deidara performing the necessary hand seals) and could be controlled at will. This allowed him to create living explosives to attack opponents at long range. Deidara could even create clones from the clay, named Suicide Bombing Clones, that could be a deadly surprise for opponents. Deidara's clay creations ranged from microscopic to gigantic in size, allowing him to adapt to any situation. Deidara could also use the clay for other purposes, as he was frequently seen creating birds to be used for transportation. It seemed he also knew standard earth-based jutsu as shown from his Earth Release: Mole Hiding Technique, which he used to avoid damage from one of his mass-scale bombs. However, he could potentially run out of clay if he used too much of it, leaving him vulnerable.
Eye Enhancement- He also wore a scope on his left eye for long-range observation, and he had trained the eye itself to counter genjutsu, allowing him to see through and negate them. This was done in response to Itachi's powerful genjutsu skills, of which he had a considerable loathing and resolved to defeat if he got the chance.

Ink Artistry 
Sai typically creates giant birds for long range transport, and lion-like monsters for attack, or objects like umbrellas for everyday use. He can also make copies of himself for reconnaissance and transport himself to other locations by surrounding himself in ink. For discreet communiques when he is undercover, Sai is able to turn the words he writes into small animals, allowing them to travel to their intended target unnoticed. Sai is otherwise skilled in close-quarters combat.

In addition, unlike Haku, who could create his own ice, the Ice Release techniques used in the movie required the users to manipulate already existing ice. The Yukigakure ninja most commonly used the Dog hand seal.

Hatake Bloodline 
Description: The Hatake Clan emits a white chakra as a reserve. In such owners of this bloodline have a huge chakra reserve (not as much as demons) the white chakra is mostly for theatrics but it is commonly transmitted into weapons to extend there cutting length and effeciency. Members of the clan or bloodline are quick, but still do not have any special eye to adapt them for the high speeds. All members in this bloodline must have white or silverish hair.
Strengths: Speed, Huge Chakra Reserve
Weakness: Easy to counter person who is travelling at high speeds, cocky.
Abilities:
-Able to Transmit their white chakra into weapons, making the weapon have extended cutting range and power.
-White Rasengan: of course one must learn rasengan to be able to use this technique. The white rasengan is no different from a regular one. the change of color is entirely for theatrics.

Similar to that of the Hyouton, the Mokuton is also a bloodline that is founded upon the combining of two separate elements to create a third. In order to create the third, one needs a perfect balance between the two, which can only be achieved if they have the blood of the Mokuton flowing through their veins. In order for one to first even qualify for having this ability, they must have the two elements Suiton(Water) & Doton(Earth). By combining these, they have the power to create wood which from then on have the ability to control to an intense degree.

Kurama Clan's kekkei genkai Every few generations a member of the Kurama clan will be born with an incredible talent for genjutsu. The clan member's talent in that field is such that their genjutsu is completely irresistible, so much so that only knocking a person out cold has any chance of awakening them from it. Furthermore, the genjutsu is so powerful that it causes the brain to make anything that happens to the victim within the genjutsu physically real, allowing the clan member to potentially kill their opponents with genjutsu. Such frightening power is not without its drawbacks, however. The user can rarely control the full extent of their abilities, and as such their subconscious will often regulate that power, leading to the creation of a second personality in control of that power. This personality then overwhelms the original, turning the individual into a monster that's a danger to everyone around them.

Ranmaru's vision has heightened perception and analytical powers not unlike the Sharingan, meaning Ranmaru can comprehend any details he sees to predict the opponent's next move. This ability contributed mainly to Raiga being so formidable in battle and becoming one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. He can also see one's life force, allowing him to determine that Raiga, who had recently fallen in battle, was still alive,and he was able to transfer part of his own life force to Raiga. When activated, Ranmaru's eyes momentarily glow red.
Allows the user to interrupt with all forms of Bakyagun effects, stopping its abilities. Allows real chakra clones to attack.

Oragami No Dara 
As an adult and member of Akatsuki, her abilities have grown considerably. She has created a unique transformation technique called Dance of the Shikigami which can turn her entire body and clothing into thousands of sheets of paper, which she can control at will and form into any shape. To travel long distances, she can mold them into butterflies or planes for powered flight, and to attack, the sheets can form arrows, shuriken, or kunai. She can also restrain opponents by blanketing them in sheets restricting their movement. Befitting (and likely inspiring) her title as "Angel", the papers can also form large wings for flight or further weaponry. Konan is susceptible to oil-based attacks which stick to her and keep her paper form from unfolding, although she is not hampered to the same extent by water, as seen when Pain had his summon use Water Release: Violent Bubble Wave on her to wash the oil off, as well as when she is seen fighting in the rain during flashbacks. Her paper, however, is also vulnerable to fire jutsu.
Konan has been shown to be able to fold paper to mimic environmental surroundings, allowing her and those of her choosing to hide in places one normally wouldn't be able to.

description: This bloodline utilizes the ability to turn anything into crystal by combining earth and lightning elements. The element turns to crystal immeditly as the hand signs are completed. The crystal is broken by taijutsu from a higher rank. Ninjutsu does not break it. This crystal is very strong and is hard to be broken by someone the same rank. The color of the crystal depends on the color of the users chakra. Also the users eye color is the color of their chakra color which is the color of their crystals.

Ability: This clan can turn anything into crystal by combining earth and lightning elements. Jutsu's are listed below. All jutsu's are more powerful and better when higher rank. Suigestu's Kekki Genkai Suigestu is a shinobi and one of Orochimaru's many experiments. He has the ability to turn his body into water avoiding physical harm and even slip easily into hidden and otherwise places where most couldn't reach in a solid physical form. It is shown he is also able to expand his muscles to handle heavier things like Zabuza's decapitation Knife. Soma no Ko
Soma no Ko (双魔の攻 Sōma no Kō?, literally "Attack of an Evil Spirit Pair") is the unique ability of Sakon and Ukon that allows them to unify some or all of one's body with the other's body. Typically, Ukon is dormant in Sakon's body, with his head protruding from the back of Sakon's neck. When Sakon is in need of assistance, Ukon can bring out some of his body parts to aid Sakon in blocking or attacking. Examples of this are seen in the forms of Multiple Connecting Punches (多連拳 Tarenken?) and Multiple Connecting Kicks (多連脚 Tarenkyaku?), where Ukon's arms and legs emerge from those of Sakon to add force to his physical attacks.

Bloodline Crusher (Kekkai Genkai Destroyer)

Description: The bloodline crusher is a special bloodline only a handfull of the Uzamaki's know. This bloodline was thought to be extenct well before the great ninja wars it only shows itself in the uzamaki clan every once in 30 years. This bloodline once activated through the skin tattos form, once the opponent sees or tuches the skin of the person with this bloodline, there bloodlines that they them self have stops and reverts back to normal, a exampe of this is the uchiha sharigan once looked upon the skin of this person will revert there eyes back to normal and same goes with most other bloodlines.
Moves:
Tatto Shield:This move allows the person to control there tatto's from there body and creates a 3 foot shield around them with the tatto's from the body
Tatto Whips:The user creates a black collor around there neck and there hands and forearms turn black like gloves using chakra the user can stretch the tattos and control them like whips
Tatto Mimicry:The user's final and best move, uses the tattos at the bottom of there feet can create a mimic copy of what ever the user wishes, note: that this part takes allot of chakra to do.

Name: Koudo Megutushi (Advanced Mark or Advanced Tattoo)
Background: The advance stage of the kekkai genkkai Destroyer. For all of those who have mastered their tattoos and are ready to learn and do more.
Ability: each person with this kekkai genkkai would have a certain animal mark on their back (Example is the picture). This gives the person some abilities of the animal. (example) if they had the dragon tattoo then they could see far away,run fast, and fly for a period of time (the tattoos would form wings). The disadvantage of this is that the more you use it the more you lose your ability to use and resist genjutsu and a lot of chakra is used (to create the wings and the animals abilities).
Requirements - Jounin atleast, and get approval from the person that accepts bloodlines
Another plus side is that it comes with two new jutsu. . The first is:
Animaru Tsume (Animal claw): this is when the tattoos go to your hand and form animal claws, once you use this jutsu it stays unless released.
Doubutsu (another way to say animal): this jutsu lets your tattoos form the animal tattooed on you. This jutsu is sort of like Tattoo mimicry except the animal tattoo is not attached to you. So it can move on its own and like the Animaru Tsume once you use the chakra to create it then you don't use any more. (both of these jutsu need a lot of chakra to create)
